BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group also recorded an improved pre-tax profit margin of 14%, compared to 8% in FY2021. FY2022’s pre-tax profit stood at RM47.69 million. The higher profit margin was also partly attributable to higher sales order from existing customers, allowing the Group to achieve better economies of scale during the year. Going Forward, The Group is confident that with sustained efforts in product registration; effective marketing effort; strategic promotion and sales initiatives; and innovation, it will be well positioned to meet and overcome challenges of the ever-changing healthcare landscape in the country. It is therefore cautiously optimistic that the Group will be resilient to return another year of satisfactory financial performance in the year ahead.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue increased 20.7% to RM93.1 million for the current quarter as compared to RM77.1 million for the immediate preceding quarter (“2Q22”) which was mainly attributed to increase in demand from local and overseas market. The Group’s profit before tax reported higher at RM15.8 million as compared to RM14.7 million for the immediate preceding quarter due to increase in demand from local and overseas market during the quarter under review.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue decreased 5.4% to RM77.1 million for the current quarter as compared to RM81.5 million for the immediate preceding quarter which was mainly attributed to decrease in demand from local market. The Group’s profit before tax reported higher at RM14.7 million as compared to RM9.8 million for the immediate preceding quarter due to improvement in productivity and strengthening of US Dollar aganist Ringgit during the quarter under review
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s profit before tax reported higher at RM9.8 million as compared to RM6.1 million for the immediate preceding quarter due to lower selling and advertising expenses and increase in demand from local market during the quarter under review

The Group’s profit before tax reported higher at RM6.1 million as compared to RM6.0 million for the immediate preceding quarter, this was due to increase in demand from local market during the quarter under review .

The Group’s profit before tax reported at RM6.0 million even though the revenue increased by 9.3%, this was due to increase in cost of goods sold and lower productivity during the quarter under review .

The Group’s profit before tax increased by 37.0% to RM6.0 million compared to RM4.4 million for the immediate preceding quarter as a result of lower cost of goods sold for the product mix during the quarter under review

The Group’s profit before tax decreased by 21.0% to RM4.4 million from RM5.5 million for the immediate preceding quarter as a result of higher cost of goods sold and decrease in demand from local and export market during the quarter under review .

The Group recorded a decreased revenue of RM67.7 million for the current quarter compared to RM80.5 million for the immediate preceding quarter (“1Q20”) due to a drop in demand from domestic market during the conditional movement control order (CMCO). The Group recorded a higher profit before tax of RM13.7 million in 2Q20 compared to RM9.0 million in 1Q20 as a result of weakening of Riggit Malaysia against US Dollar.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 2.99 million. It was fair compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 89.8 million and auditor’s remuneration of 218 thousands
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a revenue of RM80.5 million for the 1Q20 as compared to RM77.1 million for 4Q19 which was an increase of 4.4%. The increase was mainly due to an improvement in domestic and overseas market. The Group recorded a higher profit before tax of RM9.0 million in 1Q20 compared to RM6.8 million in 4Q19 as a result of higher profit margin in product mix.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a revenue of RM77.12 million for the current quarter as compared to RM74.17 million for preceding quarter (3Q19) which was an increase of 4.0%. The increase was mainly due to an improvement in demand from overseas market. The Group recorded a lower profit before tax of RM6.76 million in 4Q19 compared to RM9.84 million in 3Q19 as a result of lower profit margin in product mix.
