BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s profit before tax decreased by RM0.9 million to RM13.9 million in FY2022 compared to RM14.8 million reported in FY2021 mainly due to lower revenue. Moving ahead, the Group’s priority is to actively keep an eye on its liquidity and cash flow whilst adopting prudent risk management and rigorous cost-optimisation measures to ensure business sustainability and pave its way in reaping the benefits from a recovering market in the near to medium term.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue could not continue the growth momentum from Q2FY22 and reported a lower revenue of RM16.96 million for the current Q3FY22 as compared to RM28.85 million reported in the immediate preceding Q2FY22. The Group’s PBT for the current Q3FY22 decreased to RM2.55 million from RM8.86 million in the immediate preceding Q2FY22, primarily due to the lower revenue generated in the current financial quarter as aforementioned.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s PAT for the current Q1FY22 was also lower at RM1.46 million as compared to RM4.15 million in the immediate preceding Q4FY21. The current Q1FY22 revenue was RM22.61 mil or 62% lower as compared to
immediate preceding Q4FY21. The non-extension of the Home Ownership Campaign that expired on 31 December 2021, had substantially induced the front-loading sales into Nov 21 and Dec 21. Hence, the sales in
the preceding quarter was greatly boosted.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group achieved a higher revenue of RM36.39 million for the current Q4FY21 as compared to RM9.65 million reported in the immediate preceding Q3FY21. The significant improvement was mainly attributed to the sales generated from Project Trifolio and Project Jenjarom with the National Home Ownership Campaign 2020/2021 and attratrive sale package offered. The Group’s PAT for the current Q4FY21 was also higher at RM4.15 million as compared to RM0.07 million in the immediate preceding Q3FY21
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a significant lower revenue by RM7.08 million or 42% to RM9.65 million for the current Q3FY21 as compared to Q2FY21, mainly due to the rising confirmed COVID-19 cases in Klang Valley occurred during the current quarter, that caused weakening market sentiments. As a result of lower revenue, the Group’s PBT for the current Q3FY21 was lower at RM0.52 million as compared to RM3.37 million in the immediate preceding Q2FY21.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s PBT for the current Q2FY21 was also higher at RM3.37 million as compared to RM2.04 million in the immediate preceding Q1FY21 in tandem with the increase in revenue
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s PBT for the current Q2FY21 was also higher at RM3.37 million as compared to RM2.04 million in the immediate preceding Q1FY21 in tandem with the increase in revenue
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a lower revenue of RM12.65 million for the current Q1FY21 as compared to RM14.35
million reported in the immediate preceding Q4FY20. Despite a lower revenue in the current Q1FY21, the Group posted a higher PBT of RM2.04 million in the current Q1FY21 as compared to RM1.64 million reported in the immediate preceding Q4FY20 primarily due to the RM1.00 million provision for uncollectible deposit made in the immediate preceding Q4FY20.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded higher revenue of RM14.35 million for the current Q4FY20 as compared to RM11.46 million reported in the immediate preceding Q3FY20 mainly due to the rebound in sales (arising from attractive sales promotion packages offered coupled with the Government’s re-introduction of National Home Ownership Campaign 2020/2021) as well as relatively higher construction activities, following the gradual relaxation of MCO since Q4FY20. The Group’s PBT for the current Q4FY20 was slightly higher at RM1.64 million as compared to RM1.34 million in the immediate preceding Q3FY20
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group reported relatively lower revenues for both the current Q2FY20 and the immediate preceding Q1FY20 of RM6.04 million and RM7.45 million respectively primarily due to the MCO and CMCO as abovementioned coupled with the continuing weak market sentiments arising from the negative impact of COVID-19 pandemic
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue for Q1FY20 was RM7.45 million, a decrease of RM7.18 million compared to Q4FY19 of RM14.63 million. The decrease in revenue was mainly due to lesser on-going development projects, continuing weak market condition arising from the negative impact of COVID-19 pandemic and MCO. The Group posted a LBT of RM0.08 million in Q1FY20 compared to a PBT of RM1.60 million in Q4FY19 mainly due to the decrease in revenue for the current quarter as above-mentioned.
