BURSA MALAYSIA –
For the current financial year ended 30 June 2024, the group’s recorded a revenue of RM37.3 million and PBT of RM 4.15 million. The lower PBT recorded was due to slower progression on the construction project. Going forward, the group has accepted a letter of award to construct service apartments in Johor Bahru, Johor. This project represents our upcoming construction endeavour, encompassing project management, structural works, and main building construction. While for our ICT division, we will actively seek for new business opportunities to broaden our customer base.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded an increase in loss before tax of approximately RM24.8 million to RM26.1 million as compared to LBT of RM1.3 million in FYE 2021. The increase in LBT for FPE 2023 was primarily attributed to share-based payments amounting to RM23.1 million resulting from the issuance of ESOS options and other expenses totaling RM1.2 million, mainly due to the impairment loss on goodwill. Risks remain, as weaker-than-expected global growth and volatility in the global financial market could impact domestic growth. As a result, a cautious approach is maintained toward the outlook, with continuous efforts focused on improving current operations and maintaining a healthy balance sheet to navigate external challenges.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a revenue of RM15.1 million and a loss before tax of RM0.7 million as compared to the revenue and loss before tax at RM11.2 million and RM2.1 million respectively for the preceding quarter ended 31 March 2022. Lower loss before tax was recorded in tandem with increase in sales.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a revenue of RM11.2 million and a loss before tax of RM2.1 million as compared to the revenue and loss before tax at RM30.4 million and RM13.9 million respectively for the preceding quarter ended 31 December 2021. Lower loss before tax was recorded mainly due to preceding quarter’s one-off other expenses incurred in Interconnect segment arising from impairment of debt, development cost and fixed assets written off/impairment.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a revenue of RM23.3 million and a loss before tax of RM7.5 million as compared to the revenue and loss before tax at RM21.5 million and RM0.7 million respectively for the preceding quarter ended 30 June 2021. Higher loss before tax was recorded mainly due to other expenses of RM6.8 million incurred in Interconnect segment arising from debt written off upon disposal of China operation and development cost written off.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a revenue of RM21.5 million and a loss before tax of RM0.7 million as compared to the revenue and loss before tax at RM19.4 million and RM0.2 million respectively for the preceding quarter ended 31 March 2021. The higher loss before tax was recorded mainly due to additional professional fees incurred and development cost written off.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a revenue of RM19.3 million and a loss before tax of RM0.2 million as compared to the revenue and loss before tax at RM9.7 million and RM2.2 million respectively for the preceding quarter ended 31 December 2020. The revenue increased mainly because of General Construction segment started the operations in 2021. Whereas, the lower loss before tax was mainly due to profit from General Construction segment and better margin from Interconnect segment.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a revenue of RM13.5 million and a loss before tax of RM0.9 million as compared to the revenue and loss before tax at RM12.0 million and RM0.9 million respectively for the preceding quarter. Higher revenue was attributable to the resume of China operation which was lock down in first quarter during COVID-19 pandemic. However, it was offset by lower contribution from USA segment.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a revenue of RM12.0 million and a loss before tax of RM0.9 million as compared to the revenue and loss before tax at RM13.3 million and RM1.4 million respectively for the preceding quarter ended 31 December 2019. Lower revenue in current quarter was mainly due to unfavourable market conditions and effects from COVID-19 pandemic. However, lower loss before tax recorded in current quarter was mainly because of impairment loss on amount due from associate in preceding quarter.
