BURSA MALAYSIA –
ViTrox achieved another record-breaking year of financial performance, with revenue of RM750.2 million, profit before tax (“PBT”) of RM206.2 million and profit after tax (“PAT”) of RM200.3 million for the financial year ended 31 December 2022 on the back of stronger revenue and favourable product mix, representing a 15.7% and 18.3% growth compared to a year ago. Moving forward, ViTrox remains committed to leveraging its robust growth in demand across all business units to capitalize on a unique opportunity for market expansion and diversification. This strategic focus will contribute significantly to the continued expansion of ViTrox 3.0 (2021-2030), fueled by growth objectives centred on technology differentiation, product portfolio expansion and market share penetration.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group registered revenue of RM190.0 million in the current quarter under review, representing a growth of RM4.4 million or 2.4% from RM185.6 million in the immediate preceding quarter. The increase in revenue was backed by rising demand from ABI. PBT was lower at RM52.3 million in the current quarter as compared to RM52.9 million in the immediate preceding quarter, primarily resulted from the unfavourable exchange rates.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Quarter-on-quarter revenue decreased slightly from RM189.4 million to RM185.6 million in the current quarter mainly due to product mix. PBT of the Group increased marginally by RM0.4 million or 0.8%.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The PBT increased from RM48.4 million to RM52.5 million in the current quarter review, representing a growth of 8.5% is mainly from the strengthening of USD and favorable product mix.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s PBT declined from RM51.5 million to RM48.4 million in the current quarter review, showing a slight reduction of 6.0%. The decrease is mainly attributed to higher expenditure, especially in research and development, to support the continuous growth in business.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The revenue of the Group increased from RM168.3 million to RM185.8 million, representing 10.4% growth. The sales order especially ABI ramped up significantly in the current quarter under review and contributed to the increase in revenue. The Group’s PBT increased by RM8.6 million from RM42.9 million to RM51.5 million, representing a 20.0% growth in tandem with the higher revenue in the current reporting quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue improved notably from RM310.59 million to RM494.37 million, recording an increase of 59.2% or RM183.78 million. The favorable market condition and well market acceptance of new product introduction led to stronger demand of both Machine Vision System and Automated Board Inspection products, and contributed to overall increase in revenue.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s PBT decreased by RM1.22 million or 3.7% from RM33.17 million to RM31.96 million. The slight decrease in PBT as compared to the 18.7% decrease in revenue was mainly due to favourable sales mix.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue increased from RM96.55 million in the immediate preceding quarter to RM123.75 million in the period under review, representing an increase of 28.2% or RM27.20 million. The favourable market condition and well market acceptance of new product introduction led to higher demand of Machine Vision System and Automated Board Inspection, and contributed to the overall increase in revenue. The Group’s PBT was RM31.52 million as compared to RM23.68 million in the immediate preceding quarter, representing an increase of 33.1% or RM7.85 million. The increase was primarily due to strong sales volume coupled with optimisation of the production capacity.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue increased from RM90.29 million in the immediate preceding quarter to RM96.55 million in the period under review, representing an increase of 6.9% or RM6.26 million. The rise in Machine Vision System revenue contributed to the overall increase in revenue. The Group’s PBT was RM23.68 million as compared to RM21.94 million in the immediate preceding year. The increase was primarily due to favourable sales mix coupled with the various cost saving initiatives taken in the current quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The revenue for the Group was RM90.29 million as compared to RM95.10 million in the preceding quarter, representing a decrease of 5.1% or RM4.81 million. The decline in revenue was due to lower revenue contribution from ABI. The Group’s PBT was increased from RM17.21 million to RM21.94 million in the period under review. The increase was mainly due to favorable sales mix.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 1.19 million. It was slightly low compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 51 million and auditor’s remuneration of 118 thousands
