BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group incurred losses after tax amounting to RM16.45 million (compared to FYE2022’s profit after tax of RM2.69 million), which included a loss of RM0.32 million from the discontinued operation of Iris Synergy Sdn Bhd, as well as losses of RM4.73 million from Stella Kasih Healthcare Group. Our unfaltering commitment remains on our core operations, encompassing the construction endeavours undertaken by our subsidiary, Mewah Kota Sdn Bhd, and the property development activities managed by Paramount Ventures Sdn Bhd. We actively engage in tendering processes for new projects and diligently pursue domestic and international opportunities. Concurrently, we are dedicated to ensuring ongoing projects’ timely and cost-efficient completion.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded revenue of RM15.63 million and loss before tax of RM10.82 million compared to the immediate preceding quarter of revenue of RM8.07 million and loss before tax of RM2.89 million. The revenue of RM15.63 million mainly from Nilai Impian 2 at RM12.73 million, Loji Rawatan Air Langat 2 at RM2.11 million and Parit Markom at RM1.51 million. However, there was a reversal of RM1.36 million in revenue from the Pagoh project due to finalisation of account. Notwithstanding the above, the revenue is still insufficient to cover its operating costs. This resulted in a loss before tax of RM10.82 million for the current quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded revenue of RM10.67 million and loss before tax of RM2.87 million compared to the immediate preceding quarter of revenue of RM10.37 million and loss before tax of RM2.93 million. During the quarter, construction segment recorded revenue of RM6.61 million mainly from projects Nilai Impian 2 of RM5.07 million and Loji Rawatan Air Langat 2 of RM964,000. The property development and oil and gas support services also recorded revenue of RM1.09 million and RM2.65 million respectively.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The revenue and loss before tax decreased by 41% and 192% respectively compared to the immediate preceding quarter. The higher profit before tax in the preceding quarter was mainly due to the recognition of most of the sales and profits from the Taman Sengkang affordable housing project as well as the recognition of additional profits from the final accounts of the old Leachate, Taman Beringin, Jinjang project. In addition, higher profit before tax in the preceding quarter was also due to gain on disposal of a leasehold factory building of RM4.58 million while in the current financial quarter is the ordinary course of business
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The revenue and profit before tax increased by 27% and 933% respectively compared to the immediate preceding quarter. During the quarter, property development segment recorded profit before tax of RM3.38 million which improved significantly due to higher loan approved after obtaining renewal approval of Advertising Permit Developer License (APDL) for project at Taman Sengkang in Port Dickson. The construction segment also recorded a profit before tax of RM986,000 mainly from old Leachate, Taman Beringin, Jinjang additional profit of RM1.45 million after finalization of the final accounts.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The revenue and profit before tax decreased by 12% and 154% respectively compared to the immediate preceding quarter due to lower revenue from all segments for the quarter under review
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded revenue of RM15.88 million and profit before tax of RM724,000 compared to the immediate preceding quarter of revenue of RM11.50 million and loss before tax of RM25,000. The increase in PBT is mainly contributed by the property
development segment and oil and gas support service segment.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded revenue of RM25.73 million and profit before tax of RM3.12 million compared to the immediate preceding quarter of revenue of RM20.66 million and profit before tax RM778,000. The higher revenue for the current quarter compared to the preceding immediate quarter mainly due to acceleration of progress on constructions, billings and loan approvals for Taman Sengkang property development segment.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded profit before tax of RM0.77 million in the current quarter from the improved revenue and other operating income namely the insurance compensation claim from Pagoh project (RM495,000), write back of debts (RM463,000) and PERKESO wage subsidy (RM92,000). The improvement in revenue were mainly due to acceleration of housing loan approvals from institutions for Sengkang project, billings from progress claims and certification after MCO and restoration of the project operation in full capacity.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2020, the directors’ remuneration was 1.56 million. It was fair compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 7.4 million and auditor’s remuneration of 150 thousands
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded lower revenue of RM2.25 million a decrease of 56% as compared to the immediate preceding quarter revenue of RM5.16 million. The significant drop in revenue were due to lower progress billing from the existing projects in hand and less work orders during Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) period. Loji Rawatan Air Pagoh project nearing 98% completed and most of the billing already recognized in the previous quarters.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a higher profit before taxation of RM4.66 million compare to RM1.61 million in the immediate preceding quarter mainly due to the gain on disposal of Serendah land of RM4.34 million, write back of provision on investment in associate of RM2.53 million and gain on net present value retention fair value adjustment of RM470,000.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group current quarter result recorded lower revenue of RM19.52 million compared to the preceding quarter revenue of RM23.28 million. line with the increase of gain on disposal of Serendah land its recorded profit before tax of RM1.61 million as compared to the loss before tax of RM284,000 for the preceding quarter.
