BURSA MALAYSIA –
The profit before tax for the current quarter at RM302.0 million was higher by 16.6% as compared to RM258.9 million recorded in the preceding quarter due a strong recovery from the refinery segment.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The profit before tax for the current quarter at RM258.9 million was higher by 237.4% as compared to RM76.8 million recorded in the preceding quarter mainly due higher contribution from the plantation and refinery segments.

The profit before tax for the current quarter at RM76.8 million was lower by 62.6% as compared to RM205.2 million recorded in the preceding quarter mainly due to a 400.0% decrease in contribution from the refinery segment.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The profit before tax for the current quarter at RM199.7 million was higher by 7.0% as compared to RM186.7 million recorded in the preceding quarter. The plantation segment registered an increase in revenue mainly due to higher Group CPO and PK production by 7.5% and 13.8% respectively, and higher Group average CPO and PK prices by 5.7% and 0.9%. The refinery segment recorded an increase in revenue mainly due to higher selling prices in the current quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The profit before tax for the current quarter at RM199.7 million was higher by 7.0% as compared to RM186.7 million recorded in the preceding quarter. The plantation segment registered an increase in revenue mainly due to higher Group CPO and PK production by 7.5% and 13.8% respectively, and higher Group average CPO and PK prices by 5.7% and 0.9%. The refinery segment recorded an increase in revenue mainly due to higher selling prices in the current quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The profit before tax for the current quarter at RM91.9 million was lower by 23.3% as compared to RM119.9 million recorded in the preceding quarter mainly due to a 213.7% decrease in contribution from the refinery segment.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue for the current quarter at RM334.0 million was higher by 13.5% as compared to RM294.3 million recorded in the preceding quarter, due to the increase in the revenue from the plantation and refinery segments by 3.8% amd 27.3% respectively in the current quarter. However, the profit before tax for the current quarter at RM118.4 million was lower by 20.9% as compared to RM149.7 million recorded in the preceding quarter mainly due to 97.8% decrease in contribution from the refinery segment.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue for the current quarter at RM294.3 million was lower by 7.7% as compared to RM318.9 million recorded in the preceding quarter, due to the decrease in the revenue from the refinery segment by 21.1% in the current quarter. However, the profit before tax for the current quarter at RM149.7 million was higher by 27.2% as compared to RM117.6 million recorded in the preceding quarter mainly due to more favourable hedging positions and the reversal of a stock impairment provision in the current quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The plantation segment registered a decrease in revenue of 1.5% in the current quarter from the preceding quarter mainly due to lower Group average CPO price by 5.4% compared to the preceding quarter. This was partially offset by higher Group average PK price by 28.2% and higher Group CPO and PK production by 10.7% and 18.9% respectively compared to the preceding quarter. Cost of production of CPO increased by 14.4% in the current quarter as compared to the preceding quarter, mainly due to higher manuring costs in the current quarter
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 7.5 million. It was fair compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 183 million and auditor’s remuneration of 464 thousands
