BURSA MALAYSIA –
The revenue for the group has decreased by RM3,171,000 or 4.28% to RM70,878,000 from RM74,049,000 mainly due to the overall market conditions. However, profit before tax has only decreased by RM140,000 or 2.46% mainly due to the impairment of goodwill in the previous financial year. Globally, the risks to these outlook are more balanced than previously thought with the easing of the US debt crisis but generally global growth are tilting towards the downside. Factors such as potential geopolitical tensions, regional conflicts leading to war, a sudden surge in inflation due to supply chain disruptions, peak oil prices as well as climatic changes are to be monitored in today’s challenging environment. The Group remain cautiously optimistic of the group businesses across the spectrum of our economic sectors for 2023 and 2024, barring any unexpected events.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The group’s profit before tax increased by RM581,000 or 11.36% to RM5,696,000 from RM5,115,000 mainly due to impairment of goodwill of RM1,046,000 during the current year ended 30.9.2022 and nil for the previous year ended 30.9.2021 and there was a gain on disposal of factory of RM3,750,000 included In the profit before tax for the previous year ended 30.9.2021 and nil for the current year ended 30.9.2022.

BURSA MALAYSIA –
The revenue for the group has increase by RM415 ,000 or 2.98% to RM14,352,000 from RM13,937,000 and profit before tax has increase by RM434,000 or 56.00% to -RM341,000.00 from RM775,000 mainly due increase in revenue and improvement in gross profit.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The profit before tax has decrease by RM5,536,000 or 116.28% to -RM775,000.00 from RM4,761,000 mainly due to decrease in other income arising from the gain on sale of property of RM3,750,000 and decrease in revenue.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The revenue for the group has decreased by 30.02% to RM9.59 million mainly due to the slowdown in the world economy and the negative impact of the MCOs implementation by the government due to Covid 19 since 18 March 2020.

The revenue for the group has increase by RM2,160,000 to RM18,620,000 from RM16,460,000 mainly due to contribution from Singapore region arising from sales of Vacano Oil Tank products and from Centrak region due to increase in Voith Turbo product. Theprofit before tax has increase by RM266,000 to RM1,678,000 from RM1,412,000. This is mainly due to gain in fair value changes of investment properties.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 2.34 million. It was slightly high compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 13.1 million and auditor’s remuneration of 125 thousands
