BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a LAT of RM18.91 million in FYE 31 July 2023 as compared to a PAT of RM14.31 million in FYE 31 July 2022. The LAT in FYE 31 July 2023 was mainly due to the impairment of goodwill of RM2.52 following the lower occupancy rate of Persoft Tower as well as the impairment of property development cost. The Group’s solar division remains its main revenue contributor. The Group aims to grow this division by offering competitive pricing, quality products and services, a wider range of offerings, and venturing into new sustainable solutions to capitalise on the ongoing shift towards renewable energy. Additionally, a new Tropicana LRT 3 station is currently under construction nearby, which will provide another means of transportation to the area upon completion. Together with the upgrade of Persoft Tower to attract potential tenants, this is expected to increase the occupancy rate for this asset.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a decrease in revenue by RM0.1 million for the current quarter under review as compared to the immediate preceding quarter’s revenue. The Group recorded a LBT of approximately RM2.1 million for the current quarter as compared to a PBT of RM12.23 million for the preceding quarter. The relatively low performance in current quarter as compared to immediate preceding quarter was due to loss on disposal of quoted share of RM0.43 million (Q4 FY2022: RM Nil), fair value loss on quoted share of RM1.44 million (Q4 FY2022: fair value gain on quoted share of RM0.4 million) as well as lower reversal of impairment loss on property development cost of RM Nil (Q4 FY2022: RM16 million).
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a PAT of RM12.9 million in FYE 31 July 2022 as compared to LAT of RM58.4 million in FYE
31 July 2021. For FYE 31 July 2022, the solar division is the largest revenue contributor and contributed approximately 79.7% to the Group’s revenue while the property division contributed the remaining approximately 20.3%. The Group will continue to monitor market conditions closely and make prompt adjustments to its business strategies as well as better cost management by constantly reviewing its operations and adopting more efficient processes.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a decrease in revenue of RM0.18 million for the current quarter under review as compared to the immediate preceding quarter’s revenue. The Group recorded a PBT of approximately RM12.23 million for the current quarter as compared to RM0.96 million for the preceding quarter. The relatively high performance in current quarter as compared to immediate preceding quarter was due to reversal impairment loss of property development cost incur in this quarter under review.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a PBT of approximately RM0.96 million for the current quarter as compared to RM1.35 million for the preceding quarter. The relatively low performance in current quarter as compared to immediate preceding quarter was due to fair value gain on other investments in the immediate preceding quarter.

The Group recorded a PBT of approximately RM1.35 million for the current quarter as compared to a LBT of RM0.83 million for the preceding quarter. The relatively good performance in current quarter as compared to immediate preceding quarter was due to unrealize gain on quoted share during the quarter.

The Group recorded a decrease in revenue of RM0.85 million for the current quarter under review as compared to the immediate preceding quarter’s revenue. The Group recorded a LBT of approximately RM0.83 million for the current quarter as compared to a LBT of RM51.19 million for the preceding quarter. The relatively lower loss in current quarter as compared to immediate preceding quarter was due to no impairment loss on other receivables and fair value loss during the quarter.

The Group recorded a LBT of approximately RM51 million for the current quarter as compared to a LBT of RM3.38 million for the preceding quarter. The relatively weak performance in current quarter as compared to immediate preceding quarter was mainly due to higher operation cost such as building maintenance cost, impairment loss on other receivables and fair value loss during the quarter.

The relatively weak performance in current quarter as compared to immediate preceding quarter was mainly due to higher operation cost such as building maintenance cost, impairment loss on other receivables and fair value loss during the quarter.

The Group recorded a increase in revenue of RM0.51 million for the current quarter under review as compared to the immediate preceding quarter’s revenue. The Group recorded a LBT of approximately RM2.916 million for the current quarter as compared to a LBT of RM1.512 million for the preceding quarter. The relatively weak performance in current quarter as compared to immediate preceding quarter was mainly due to higher operation cost such as building maintenance cost during the quarter.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2020, the directors’ remuneration was 0.15 million. It was low compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 0.7 million and auditor’s remuneration of 169 thousands

The Group recorded a increase in revenue of RM0.018 million for the current quarter as compared to the preceding quarter’s revenue. The Group recorded a LBT of RM 1.515 million for the current quarter as compared to a LBT of RM 2.362 million for the preceding quarter. The improved performance was mainly due to lower operation cost such as lower building maintenance cost.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a decrease in revenue of RM0.17 million for the current quarter under review as compared to the immediate preceding quarter’s revenue. The Group recorded a LBT of approximately RM 2.362 million for the current quarter as compared to a LBT of RM 0.662 million for the preceding quarter. The weaker performance in current quarter as compared to immediate preceding quarter was mainly due to higher operation cost such as higher building maintenance cost during the quarter.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 0.2 million. It was low compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 0.9 million and auditor’s remuneration of 176 thousands

The Group recorded a decrease in revenue of RM0.21 million for the current quarter under review as compared to the immediate preceding quarter’s revenue. The Group recorded a LBT of approximately RM 0.662 million for the current quarter as compared to a LBT of RM 0.968 million for the preceding quarter. The improve performance in current quarter as compared to immediate preceding quarter was mainly due to lower operation cost as well as lower non-operation provision during the quarter.
