BURSA MALAYSIA –
The net profit after taxation of the Group increased by RM35.8 million or 125.7% to RM7.3 million in FY2022 compare to FY2021. The increase in profits resulted primarily from overall increase in the selling prices of eggs and feeds as well as the higher sales volume of eggs and feeds, partially offset by the increased in the production costs particularly feeds, packaging materials and medicine costs. Moving forward, group will continue to remain agile in responding to the current market unpredictability by seeking new ways to grow, revamp and to improve on its operational efficiency. Also, the Group will continue to focus to complete the construction of existing facilities and to operationalise them to achieve cost savings and efficiency in order to strengthen our competitive position as one of the most reliable egg suppliers in Malaysia.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The improved profit before taxation of RM1.94 million for the current quarter as compared to RM1.14 million in the immediate preceding quarter. This is considering of partial subsidies received from the government to cushion the rising cost of production. The revenue has increased by approximately RM5.62 million or 5.13% which was mainly resulted from the improved average selling prices of eggs for the current quarter under review.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group has recorded a profit before taxation of RM1.14 million for the current quarter as compared to RM3.19 million in the immediate preceding quarter. Despite of the recognition of the subsidies received from the government during the current quarter, the profit before tax has decreased by RM2.05 million or 64.40% mainly due to the higher feeds and labour costs in the current quarter as compared to the previous quarters.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a profit before taxation of RM3.19 million for the current quarter under review as compare to the profit before taxation of RM3.83 million during the immediate preceding quarter, showing a decrease of RM0.65 million or 16.81%. This was predominantly due to the higher feed costs.

The Group recorded a profit before taxation of RM3.78 million for the current quarter under review compare to a loss before taxation of RM5.71 million during the immediate preceding quarter, indicating an improvement of RM9.49 million or 166.11%. The improved result was primarily due to the increased average selling prices of eggs as the market demand of eggs continued to improve steadily, resulting in better overall egg supply and demand balance.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a profit before taxation of RM3.78 million for the current quarter under review compare to a loss before taxation of RM5.71 million during the immediate preceding quarter, indicating an improvement of RM9.49 million or 166.11%. The improved result was primarily due to the increased average selling prices of eggs as the market demand of eggs continued to improve steadily, resulting in better overall egg supply and demand balance.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a loss before taxation of RM5.71 million for the current quarter under review compared to a loss before taxation of RM18.94 million during the immediate preceding quarter, indicating an improvement of RM13.23 million or 69.85%. The reduced loss was primarily due to the increased average selling prices of eggs and the number of eggs sold in Q3 2021, even though the surge in raw material prices (corns and soybean meals) which has resulted to the increase in the feed costs.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The group recorded a loss before taxation of RM18.94 million for the current quarter under review compared to a loss before taxation of RM10.16 million during the immediate preceding quarter. The loss was mainly due to lower average selling prices of eggs and the increase in the raw material prices (i.e: corns and soybean meals) which has led to the increase in the feed costs.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a loss before taxation of RM10.16 million for the current quarter under review compared to a loss before taxation of RM7.81 million during the immediate preceding quarter. The loss was mainly due to the higher feed costs during the current quarter under review.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group registered a lower revenue of RM56.81 million for Q2 2020 comparing to the Q1 2020 of RM60.30 million, which reveals a drop of approximately RM3.49 million or 5.78%. Such drop was primarily due to the decrease in the number of eggs sold. The Group recorded a loss before taxation of RM8.65 million for the Q2 2020 compared to the Q1 2020 of a loss before taxation of RM4.48 million. The loss was mainly due to the decrease in the number of eggs sold and higher fair value loss on biological assets.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
For the current quarter ended 31 March 2020, the Group registered a lower revenue of RM60.30 million as compared to the preceding quarter of RM63.84 million, which indicates a drop of approximately RM3.54 million or 5.55%. This was mainly due to the overall lower average selling prices of eggs in Q1 2020.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 0.87 million. It was fair compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 11.9 million and auditor’s remuneration of 90 thousands
