The net profit after taxation of the Group increased by RM35.8 million or 125.7% to RM7.3 million in FY2022 compare to FY2021. The increase in profits resulted primarily from overall increase in the selling prices of eggs and feeds as well as the higher sales volume of eggs and feeds, partially offset by the increased in the production costs particularly feeds, packaging materials and medicine costs. Moving forward, group will continue to remain agile in responding to the current market unpredictability by seeking new ways to grow, revamp and to improve on its operational efficiency. Also, the Group will continue to focus to complete the construction of existing facilities and to operationalise them to achieve cost savings and efficiency in order to strengthen our competitive position as one of the most reliable egg suppliers in Malaysia.
