BURSA MALAYSIA –
The group recorded a revenue of RM974.342 million for the financial year represents a 32% increase over last year’s revenue of RM736.069 million mainly due to increase in sales volume. As a result, the Group reported a higher profit before tax (“PBT”) of RM91.366 million compared to RM43.959 million last year. Going Forward, the Group will stay cautious in its operation and review its operational decision as necessary based on the outcome of any unfolding event.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue for the current quarter of RM217.400 million was 27% lower compared to the preceding quarter. As a result, the Group reported a lower PBT of RM18.135 million compared to RM34.525 million reported in the preceding quarter.

The Group reported higher revenue of RM297.908 million for the current quarter compared to RM234.147 million in the preceding quarter due to higher sales volume in both the operating segments. As a result, the Group reported a higher PBT of RM34.525 million compared to RM21.702 million reported in the preceding quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue and PBT for the current quarter of RM234.147 million and RM21.702 million respectively approximate the revenue and PBT recorded in the preceding quarter. The retail segment’s revenue for the current quarter increased by 8% to RM174.480 million compared to the preceding quarter following strong customer’s demand especially during festive celebration such as the Chinese New Year. Manufacturing & Wholesales segment reported lower revenue of RM60.725 million compared to RM72.740 million in the preceding quarter mainly due to lower sales volume

The Group’s revenue for the current quarter has doubled to RM233.176 million compared to the preceding quarter due to higher sales volume in both the operating segments. As a result, the Group reported a much higher PBT of RM22.112 million compared to RM1.486 million reported in the preceding quarter.

The Group’s revenue for the current quarter of RM112.094 million is 24% lower than the preceding quarter due to the lockdown for the month of July and August 2021. As a result, the Group reported a lower PBT of RM1.486 million.

The Group’s revenue for the current quarter of RM146.644 million is 42% lower than the preceding quarter due to the lockdown for the whole month of June 2021. As a result, the Group reported a lower PBT of RM2.126 million.

The Group reported an increase in revenue and PBT by RM76.314 million (45%) and RM4.682 million (35%) respectively for the current quarter ended 31 March 2021 as compared to the preceding quarter mainly due to better consumers’ demand.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group reported an increase in revenue to RM180.631 million for the current quarter ended 30 September 2020 in comparison to RM76.129 million recorded in the preceding quarter. Due to the lockdown from 18 March 2020 to 3 May 2020, all our operations were totally shutdown during this period which resulted in lower revenue reported in the preceding quarter. As a result of higher sales volume and higher selling price, the Group reported a PBT of RM19.833 million compared to RM2.540 million reported in the preceding quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group reported a drop of 40% in revenue to RM76.129 million for the current quarter ended 30 June 2020 in comparison to RM127.800 million recorded in the preceding quarter, contributed by the drop in sales volume in both the operating segments due to non-operation during the period of MCO lockdown. As a result, the Group reported lower PBT of RM2.540 million compared to RM5.415 million reported in the preceding quarter.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 3.81 million. It was slightly high compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 63.2 million and auditor’s remuneration of 198 thousands
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group reported a drop of 6% in revenue to RM127.800 million for the current quarter ended 31 March 2020 in comparison to RM136.507 million in the preceding quarter, contributed by the drop in sales volume in both the operating segments due to business shut down to the implementation of the MCO. The Group reported higher PBT of RM5.415 million compared to RM4.689 million reported in the preceding quarter, mainly driven by better gross profit margin as a result of higher gold price.
