BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group reported a loss after tax for the FYE2022 of RM16.0 million compared a profit after tax of RM4.9 million in the previous year mainly due to the RM11.4 million impairment loss of property, plant & equipment and rightof-use assets of the Dubai operation and lower contribution from our two major customer. Going Forward, The Group believes that it is well positioned to leverage on its established network in Asia to launch its next phase of growth by expanding its footprint in the Middle East.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group reported a loss before tax of RM1.9 million in 3Q22 as compared to loss before tax of RM0.4 million in 2Q22, an increase of RM1.5 million in line with the lower revenue. The current quarter results were affected by lower sales from a key customer.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group reported a loss before tax of RM0.4 million in 2Q22 as compared to profit before tax of RM1.9 million in 1Q22, a decreased of RM2.3 million. The lower current quarter performance was due to the lower a weaker performance from our Dubai operation as it adjust to a higher material cost and lower margin product mix for this quarter from our Vietnam opeartion.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group reported a profit before tax of RM1.9 million in 1Q22 as compared to loss before tax of RM1.3 million in 4Q21, an increase of RM3.2 million. In the current quarter 1Q2022, our Middle East operations reported a RM0.2 million Profit before tax compared to a loss of RM1.2 million in 4Q2021 (an improvement of RM1.4 million). Also, the losses of the Group in 4Q21 included a one-off provision of doubtful debt of RM2.1 million due from one party.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group reported a loss before tax of RM1.3 million in 4Q21 as compared to profit before tax of RM1.9 million in 3Q21. The losses in 4Q21 included n one-off provision of doubtful debt of RM2.1 million whereas the profit before tax in 3Q2021 included a one-off gain from disposal of a building by TVDP of RM1.3 million.

The Group reported a lower profit before tax of RM1.9 million in 3Q21 as compared to profit before tax of RM4.5 million in 2Q21 despite the contribution from the one-off gain from disposal of a building by TVDP in 3Q2021. The current quarter results were affected by lower demand in certain cigarette brand related packaging products.

The Group reported a lower profit before tax of RM1.9 million in 3Q21 as compared to profit before tax of RM4.5 million in 2Q21 despite the contribution from the one-off gain from disposal of a building by TVDP in 3Q2021. The current quarter results were affected by lower demand in certain cigarette brand related packaging products.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue for the 2Q21 increase marginally by 4.3% (RM2.8 million) to RM68.7 million from RM65.9 million in the preceding quarter (“2Q20”). Higher revenue for the quarter was mainly due to higher demand in cigarette related packaging products. The Group reported a RM0.6 million higher profit before tax of RM4.5 million in 2Q21 compared to profit before tax of RM3.9 million in 1Q21 on the back of the higher revenue.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
In line with the higher revenue of RM10.9 million, the Group reported a RM6.0 million higher profit before tax of RM3.9 million in 1Q21 compared to loss before tax of RM2.1 million in 4Q20. The better result was also contributed from a RM1.1 million foreign exchange gain in the current quarter compared to a RM1.0 million foreigh exchange loss in the preceding quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Loss before tax increased by RM1.5 million to a loss before tax of RM2.1 million in 4Q20 from a loss before tax of RM0.6 million in 3Q20 due to the lower sales and provision for obsolescence stock and toolings
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Group’s revenue for the 2Q20 lower by 12.5% (RM10.5 million) to RM73.5 million from RM84.0 million in the preceding quarter (“1Q20”) due to reduction in sales under a major customer’s contract.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group reported profit before tax of RM3.4 million in 1Q20 was higher compared to loss before tax of RM15.2 million in 4Q19. There was an accounting impairment loss of RM9.2 million from the Dubai operation in 4Q19 and the 1Q20 performance was also better due to the RM3.4 million higher margin from Indonesian operation from the revised pricing.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 2.23 million. It was fair compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 44 million and auditor’s remuneration of 149 thousands
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Group’s revenue for the 4Q19 of RM82.2 million was slightly lower (1.6%) than the 3Q19 of RM83.5 million. The Group reported a loss before tax of RM6.0 million in 4Q19 as compared to loss before tax of RM1.0 million in 3Q19 due mainly to net foreign exchange gain of RM3.2 million in 3Q19 compared with net foreign exchange loss of RM3.9 million.
