The group reported a substantially reduced pretax loss of RM4.69 million in comparison to the corresponding year’s pre-tax loss of RM13.49 million. This notable achievement can be attributed to the higher gross profit margin realised from the Lumi Tropicana project, which was facilitated by the release of bumi quota from 50.0% to 30.0% during the year under review. Moving ahead ,in property development, the Group plans to deploy more resources to further expand their involvement in the affordable housing segment as a key growth driver, particularly in Desa Aman which continues to seeresilient demand.
