BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded its highest ever revenue of RM881.3 million since THP was established and a commendable Profit After Tax (“PAT”) of RM87.9 million. Revenue rose 15.8% from RM760.8 million in FY2021 whilst PAT decreased 13.4% to RM101.6 million in FY2021 due to lower fair value changes on biological assets and cost incurred for consolidation programmes. Moving forward, for mechanisation programme, the Group intends to integrate technology via realtime management by applying a digitalization platform. Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) will be our main tools to obtain information such as tree census/plantations inventory, monitoring/supervision,
pests & diseases, and crop health. The Group will perform palm census pilot trial in a hilly area in Sungai Arip dan Sungai Karangan estates in Bintulu, Sarawak. Also, , the Group will continue its effort to improve the productivity of our mills by investing in the necessary machinery.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue decreased by 14.79% to RM213.39 million compared to the preceding quarter mainly due to lower average realised prices for CPO, PK and FFB despite higher sales volume for CPO, PK and FFB. The Group has recorded a higher PBT by 34.00% compared to 2Q22 primarily attributable to higher fair value change on biological assets
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue increased by 26.42% to RM250.45 million compared to the preceding quarter mainly due to higher contribution from oil palm plantations due to higher sales volume for CPO and PK as well as higher average realised prices for CPO. The Group has recorded a lower PBT by 55.10% compared to 1Q22 primarily attributable to lower fair value change on biological assets.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group has recorded a higher PBT by 253.28% compared to 4Q21 primarily attributable to higher fair value change on biological assets and lower cost of sales by RM11.91 million.

The Group’s revenue increased by 20.25% to RM247.55 million compared to the preceding quarter mainly due to higher contribution from oil palm plantations as a result of higher average realised prices for CPO and FFB despite lower sales volume for CPO, PK, and FFB. The Group has recorded a lower PBT by 81.18% compared to 3Q21 primarily attributable to lower fair value change on biological assets due to change in estimate
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue increased by 16.87% to RM205.87 million compared to the preceding quarter mainly due to higher contribution from oil palm plantations as a result of higher average realised prices for CPO and FFB as well as higher sales volume for CPO, PK, and FFB. The Group has recorded a higher PBT by 43.63% as compared to 2Q21 primarily attributable to higher revenue from oil palm plantations.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue decreased by 9.20% to RM131.24 million compared to the preceding quarter mainly due to lower sales volume for CPO and PK despites of higher average realised prices for CPO, PK and FFB. The Group has recorded a higher PBT by 341.88 % as compared to 4Q20 mainly due to higher changes in the fair value of biological assets by RM43.85 million, lower impairment of assets by RM8.60 million and lower other operating expenses by RM11.91
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue decreased by 13.67% to RM144.55 million compared to the preceding quarter mainly due to lower sales volume despite of higher average realised prices for CPO, PK and FFB. The Group registered a PBT of RM5.74 million in 4Q20 as compared to RM37.78 million in 3Q20 mainly due to lower revenue by RM22.88 million and lower fair value change in biological assets by RM49.78 million. However, it was partly offset by lower other expenses by RM19.98 million and higher other income by RM6.23 million.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue increased by 10.40% to RM127.57 million compared to the preceding quarter mainly due to higher sales volume for CPO, PK and FFB despites of lower average realised prices for CPO, PK and FFB.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 1.9 million. It was low compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 140.6 million and auditor’s remuneration of 972 thousands
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue decreased by 15.19% to RM115.55 million compared to the preceding quarter mainly due to lower sales volume for CPO, PK and FFB despites of higher average realised prices for CPO, PK and FFB. At operating level, the Group has recorded a higher operating profit by 323.82% as compared to 4Q19 mainly due changes in the fair value of forestry by RM43.22 million. The Group incurred a lower LBT of RM14.49 million in 1Q20 compared to RM164.10 million in 4Q19 due to impairment of plantation assets amounting to RM202.10 million was recognised in 4Q19
