BURSA MALAYSIA –
For the financial year ended 30 June 2024, The group recorded Profit before tax decrased by RM1.463 million (9.72%) to RM13.60 million as compared to preceding financial year of RM15.05 million due to lower sales turnover and higher operating expenses. Moving forward, the group are committed to improve their performance by implementing measures to control costs, optimising efficiency and streamlines its operations to minimise its impact.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Revenue and profit before taxation for the quarter under review had decreased by RM33.718 million or 62% and RM9.882 million or 78% respectively, as compared to preceding quarter. The higher revenue recorded in previous quarter was mainly due to higher sales recorded during Hari Raya festival sales.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Revenue and profit before taxation for the quarter under review had increased by RM24.535 million or 83% and RM8.523 million or 210% respectively, as compared to preceding quarter. Revenue for the current quarter was higher due Hari Raya festival sales.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Revenue for the quarter under review had decreased by RM7.880 million or 21%, while profit from the operation and profit before taxation decreased by 16% in the current quarter as compared to preceding quarter. Revenue for preceding quarter was higher due to year end school holidays and Christmas shopping.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Revenue for the quarter under review had increased by RM28.841 million or 336%, while profit from the operation and profit before taxation increased by 994% and 1,469% respectively in the current quarter as compared to preceding quarter. This was mainly due to all consignment counters have resumed business and also the Group managed to capture Christmas festival sales and year end holiday sales as compared to previous quarter the Group only allowed to resumed business during late August 2021 and many of the outlets delayed resuming business till September 2021 resulting in poor sales generated.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
With the improved performance across all segments, profit before tax also improved from RM2.395 Million to RM8.183 Million, an increase of RM5.788 Million. Overall, we believe that our Group will remain resilient and profitable in 2022 as we are ever ready to take advantage of the rebounding economy given that we have a strong balance sheet. Our brands are strong and relevant and we have a dedicated and agile team to execute our expansion plans to navigate through the uncertainties and deliver another solid year of profitability in 2022.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Revenue for this quarter increased by approximately RM9.721 million (40%), while profit from the operation and profit before taxation increased by 11% and 12% respectively in the current quarter as compared to preceding quarter. This is mainly due to the Hari Raya festival sales which was captured in the months of April and May 2021.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Revenue for this quarter increased by approximately RM1.515 million (7%), while profit from the operation decreased by RM0.225 million (12%). Despite increase in revenue, profit before taxation drop by 11% in the current quarter as compared to preceding quarter is due to lower gross margin in the current quarter.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2020, the directors’ remuneration was 1.72 million. It was slightly high compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 20.6 million and auditor’s remuneration of 116 thousands
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Revenue for this quarter increased by approximately RM5.771 million (33%), while profit before taxation dropped by RM0.784 million (-319%). The increase in revenue was mainly due to all consignment counters have gradually resumed business from 4th May 2020. However due to the RMCO, sales activities were only 47% of same period last year and marginal increase by 33% of preceding quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Revenue and Profit before taxation for this quarter decreased by approximately RM11.632 million (40%) and RM1.599 million (87%) respectively compared to the immediately preceding quarter. This was mainly due to decrease in sales resulting from the implementation of MCO since 18th March 2020 which restricted business operations.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 1.7 million. It was slightly high compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 22.9 million and auditor’s remuneration of 107 thousands
