BURSA MALAYSIA –
For the current financial year ended 30 June 2024, the Group recorded a loss before taxation of RM4.72 million as compared to the loss of before taxation of RM4.52 million for the preceding financial year, this increase in a loss before taxation of RM0.20 million, was mainly due to an increase in the provision of impairment loss of goodwill on consolidation for a new non-active subsidiary acquired. Going forward, The Group is also exploring the healthcare industry, planning to introduce a Hospital Information System (HIS)-a comprehensive software suite aimed at improving operational efficiency by streamlining patient care management and administrative tasks.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group reported Loss after tax of RM4.42 million, which improved as comparing to LAT of RM10.02 million respectively for the FPE 2022. The improvement was due to a reduction in working capital incurred as changed of the financial year-end in the previous financial period, which was covered for 18 months’ financial performance, further there was a reduction in manpower hired. The Group intends to undertake long-term enhancement and development of systems upgrade as
well as market research analysis and marketing efforts on potential new users and targeted markets such as rural communities in Pahang, Sabah and Sarawak, through collaboration with government agencies for the Fintech segment
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group reported a loss before tax of RM1.19 million in the current quarter ended 30 September 2022, slighly increase in the loss before tax was reported as compared to the preceding quarter ended 30 June 2022, due to increase in the corporate exercise expenses and depreciation of right-of-use assets.

The Group reported a loss before tax of RM1.55 million in the current quarter ended 30 September 2021 compared to the loss before tax of RM1.86 million in the preceding quarter ended 30 June 2021, due to decreased in the costs of network security from BMS segment.

The Group reported a loss before tax of RM1.86 million in the current quarter ended 30 June 2021 compared with loss before tax of RM1.01 million in the preceding quarter ended 31 December 2020 due to increase in consultancy fee by appointing additional business development staffs and consultants for fintech segment.

Furthermore, there was no reversal of impairment loss on trade receivables recognised as compared with preceding quarter
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recoded a revenue of RM3.20 million in the current quarter, significantly higher than the previous quarter of RM0.75 million which was majorly contributed from the services maintenance and sales of hardwares of the Business Management Solutions segment, Mobile Airtime Reloads and Mobile Fintech Subscribers registration for the business enterprise programme. The Group reported a loss before tax of RM0.83 million in the current quarter ended 31 December 2020 compared loss before tax of RM0.85 million in the preceding quarter ended 30 September 2020 due to increase in reversal of impairment of trade receivables and interest received from repo deposit with a licensed bank.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a revenue of RM1.567 million for the current quarter as compared to RM23.647 million in the preceding quarter. The decrease in revenue was mainly due to decrease in revenue from mobile airtime reloads as no order received during this quarter and further, the revenue from a wholly-owned subsidiary company, Tech3 Solutions Sdn Bhd is excluded as it was disposed of on 8 July 2019. As a result, the current quarter recorded a higher loss before tax, as compared to the preceding quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a decrease in revenue by 57.83% in the current quarter ended 31 March 2020. The main reason for the lower revenue recorded in this quarter primarily due to the revenue from a wholly-owned subsidiary company, Tech3 Solution Sdn Bhd (Tech3) being excluded as TFP was disposed off on 8 July 2019.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 1.59 million. It was slightly high compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 7.4 million and auditor’s remuneration of 99 thousands
