BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group has its profit before taxation (“PBT”) and profit after tax (“PAT”) increased, from RM8.3 million to RM13 million and from RM6.2 million to RM9.7 million respectively. This is mainly due the investment property fair value gain recorded coupled by the resumption of operations and the Government’s decision to ease the restrictions for economic sector operations has been well received by the industrial players. Moving Forward, the Group has implemented innovative strategies to survive any of such catastrophes. Among them is to adopt the blue ocean strategy which is based on the simultaneous pursuit of differentiation and low cost. The strategy is seen as making a choice between differentiation and low cost. By applying this blue ocean strategy, the Group seeks to break the valuecost trade-off by eliminating and reducing factors an industry competes on and raising and creating factors the industry has never offered.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue for the current quarter was RM7.5million as compared to the revenue for the preceding quarter of RM9.3million, a decrease of RM1.8million or 20% due to decrease in sales demand from recovery and recycling division. Besides, the Group made a higher profit before taxation of RM4.6million for the current quarter, an increase of RM1.0million or 26% compared to the preceding quarter ended 30 September 2022 due to gain on revaluation of investment properties in this quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue for the current quarter was RM9.3million as compared to the revenue for the preceding quarter of RM7.3million, an increase of RM2.0million or 28% due to increase in sales demand from recovery and recycling division. Besides, the Group made a higher profit before taxation of RM3.7million for the current quarter, an increase of RM0.8million or 29% compared to the preceding quarter ended 30 June 2022 due to reversal of expected credit losses for trade receivables.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group made a higher profit before taxation of RM2.9million for the current quarter, an increase of RM1.3million or 387% compared to the preceding quarter ended 31 March 2022 due to the contribution from the commissioning of the Group’s Solar Corporate Renewable Energy Power Purchase Agreement projects and increase in reversal of expected credit losses for trade receivables
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue for the current quarter was RM7.3million as compared to the revenue for the preceding quarter of RM8.8million, representing a decrease of RM1.5million, or 17% due to decrease in customers demand. Besides, the Group made a lower profit before taxation of RM1.5million for the current quarter, a decrease of RM0.8million or 35% compared to the preceding quarter ended 31 December 2022 due to the one-off staff cost incurred for the issuance of ESS of RM0.3million.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue for the current quarter was RM8.8million as compared to the revenue for the preceding quarter of RM6.1million, representing an increase of RM2.6million, or 43% due to increase in customers demand. Besides, the Group made a higher profit before taxation of RM2.3million for the current quarter, an increase of RM0.3million or 14% compared to the preceding quarter ended 30 September 2021 due to higher sales demand from recovery and recycling division.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group made a lower profit before taxation of RM1.1million for the current quarter, a decrease of RM1.7million compared to the preceding quarter ended 31 March 2021 due to the implementation of MCO 3.0 in May 2021.

The Group’s revenue for the current quarter was RM7.9million as compared to the revenue for the preceding quarter of RM6.8million, representing an increase of RM1.1million, or 17%. Besides, the Group made a higher profit before taxation of RM2.8million for the current quarter, an increase of RM1.4million compared to the preceding quarter ended 31 December 2020 due to the pick up of orders since the upliftment of MCO 2.0
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue for the current quarter was RM6.5million as compared to the revenue for the preceding quarter of RM5.0million, representing an increase of RM1.5million, or 29%. The Group made a profit before taxation of RM2.2million for the current quarter, an increase of RM1.1million compared to the preceding quarter ended 30 June 2020 resulting from the increase in sales demand in recovery and recycling business after upliftment of the movement control order by the government.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue for the current quarter was RM5.0million as compared to the revenue for the preceding quarter of RM5.4million, representing a decrease of RM0.4million, or 7%. The Group made a profit before taxation of RM1.0million for the current quarter, an increase of RM1.4million compared to the preceding quarter ended 31 March 2020 as a result of increase in fair value gain from investment of unit trusts and lower repair and maintenance cost incurred during current quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue for the current quarter was RM5.4million as compared to the revenue for the preceding quarter of RM7.1million, representing a decrease of RM1.6million, or 23%. The Group made a loss before taxation of RM0.3million for the current quarter, a decrease of RM0.4million compared to the preceding quarter ended 31 December 2019 as a result of global and domestic economic downturn due to Covid-19 pandemic and share of loss in equity-accounted joint venture amounting to RM158,034 for the operating expenses incurred on the renewable energy project in UK.
