BURSA MALAYSIA –
For the current financial year ended 30 June 2024, the Group recorded a lower LBT of RM6.52 million as compared to LBT RM7.92 million in the FY2023, representing a decrease in LBT of RM1.40 million or 17.8%. The improved in LBT was mainly attributed to decreased in fair value loss on investment in quoted shares and lower depreciation & amortisation costs. Moving forward, the Group will remains focus on executing its strategies to improve financial performance by enhancing its products and services to meet current market needs.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group reported lower loss before tax of RM7.92 million as compared to LBT RM9.05 million in FYE2022. The decrease in LBT was mainly due to to higher contribution from hardware project sales order, higher contribution from outsourcing contract and placement services. The Group will continue to adopt the strategy of emphasing investment on higher growth and profit margin business. Forward-looking, the Group is also eyeing mergers and acquisitions or joint ventures and diversification opportunities to achieve the Group’s objective
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s Loss before Tax of RM1.78 million for Q12023 as compared to LBT RM3.43 million in the Q42022, representing a lower LBT by RM1.65 million. This was mainly attributed to lower other operating expenses (Q12023:RM1.02 million, Q42022:RM2.39 million), In Q42022, there was recorded a non-recurring impairment of goodwill on consolidation and intangible assets of RM1.04 million and RM0.43 million.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group reported higher loss before tax of RM9.05 million as compared to LBT of RM5.01 million in FYE2021, representing a higher loss of RM4.04 million. The Group’s hardware, software and professional services are suffering from low customers’ purchasing sentiment. The delay and slow down on purchasing are largely due to the increase in freight charges and shortages in chip components. On the other hand, the Group’s manpower outsourcing and recruitment services recorded lower revenue due to shortages of IT professionals worldwide. In responding to our assessment, the Group formulated the following strategies, to strengthen sales in government contracts focusing on hardware, solution, IT professional services, and cyber security services as the Group’s focal, strengthen sales in commercial project channel and export market, and diversify manpower sourcing services to training and non-IT talents outsourcing services
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Higher Lost Before Tax by RM0.75 million or 28% (Q42022: -RM3.43 million, Q32022: -RM2.68 million). This was mainly attributed to higher other operating expenses due to recorded a one-time non-cash expenses for impairment of goodwill on consolidation
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a lower LBT of RM5.0 million compared to a LBT of RM10.2 million registered in FYE2020 mainly contributed from the one time net gain on disposal of MDSB classified in other operating income amounting to RM2.5 million. The Group will continue to adopt the strategy of emphasing investment on higher growth and profit margin business. Forward looking, the Group is also eyeing mergers and acquisitions or joint ventures and diversification opportunities to achieve the Group growth objective.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue increased by RM3.036 million or 32% as compared to the PQ 30 June 2020 which was primarily due to improved sales orders for the current quarter under review as compared to preceding quarter where most business operations were affected by the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic movement control. The Group posted LBT of RM1.318 million for current quarter under review as compared to PQ 30
June 2020 of RM4.409 million

The Group has recorded a decrease of revenue by 6% as compared to the preceding quarter at RM10.02 million. The decrease in revenue was mainly due to the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic’s impact of economic and business uncertainties causing disruption to global supply chains, manpower restrictions, sales collections and order process delays, customers cash flow tightening and business slowdown.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded loss before taxation of RM3.80 million for current quarter as compared to preceding quarter ended 31 December 2019 of RM1.078 million mainly due to decrease in gross profit, decrease in employment benefit expenses, increase in depreciation & amortisation, increase in operating expenses.

The decrease in revenue was mainly due to the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic’s impact of economic and business uncertainties causing disruption to global supply chains, manpower restrictions, sales collections and order process delays, customers cash flow tightening and business slowdown.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s LBT was higher by 7% or RM0.071 million, from preceding quarter RM1.007 million to RM1.078 million for current quarter was mainly due to the higher corporate exercise expenses incurred from the holding company.
