BURSA MALAYSIA –
Profit before zakat and tax For the current quarter under review, the Group recorded profit before zakat and taxation of RM137.6 million, 28% higher as compared to the immediate preceding quarter of RM107.2 million. The increase in profit was mainly attributable to higher net wakalah fee income.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded profit before zakat and taxation of RM107.2 million, lower as compared to the immediate preceding quarter of RM121.6 million. The decrease in profit was mainly attributable to lower net wakalah fee income.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
For the current quarter under review, the Group recorded profit before zakat and taxation of RM121.6 million, lower as compared to the immediate preceding quarter of RM140.1 million. The decrease in profit was mainly attributable to lower surplus transfer from Takaful funds.

For the current quarter under review, the Group recorded profit before zakat and taxation of RM140.1 million, higher by 58% as compared to the immediate preceding quarter of RM88.4 million. The increase in profit was mainly attributable to higher net wakalah fee income.

For the quarter under review, the Group recorded profit before zakat and taxation of RM97.8 million, as par as compared to the immediate preceding quarter of RM97.6 million. The increase is mainly attributable to higher sales generated from Family Takaful and General Takaful business as the business has been resumed subsequent to the CMCO period.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group generated operating revenue of RM515.7 million, lower as compared to RM913.0 million in the immediate preceding quarter. The decrease is mainly attributable to lower sales generated from Family Takaful business as the business activities have been impacted by the MCO and CMCO arising from the COVID-19 pandemic.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group generated Operating Revenue of RM913.0 million for current quarter as compared to RM779.9 million in the preceding quarter. The increase is mainly due to higher sales generated from both Family and General Takaful business. The Group recorded profit before zakat and taxation of RM114.2 million for current quarter as compared to the preceding quarter of RM85.6 million. The increase in profit was mainly due to higher net wakalah fee income arising from business growth in the Family and General Takaful.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 1.62 million. It was low compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 133.2 million and auditor’s remuneration of 685 thousands
BURSA MALAYSIA –
For the current quarter, the Group generated Operating Revenue of RM779.9 million as compared to RM753.5 million in preceding quarter. The increase is mainly attributable to higher sales generated from General Takaful business. The Group recorded profit before zakat and taxation of RM85.6 million for current quarter as compared to preceding quarter of RM121.8 million. The decrease in profit was mainly attributable to sales-related expenses which in line with the growth of sales.
