BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded revenue of RM5,194.9 million and profit before tax of RM920.1 million in FY 2022 from Continuing Operations, compared to a revenue of RM3,717.3 million and profit before tax of RM463.9 million in FY 2021. The increase in PBT was due to higher revenue. Going forward, Property development Division will continue to leverage the synergistic strength of the Group ecosystem to augment its competitive advantage and support the sales of these developments with innovative marketing campaigns to address homeownership challenges and provide additional benefits to enhance brand loyalty. The division plans to continue growing its footprint in Malaysia, Singapore and China while simultaneously looking for opportunities to acquire significant landbanks in growing markets in Southeast Asia such as Vietnam and Indonesia.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded revenue of RM1,270.5 million and profit before tax of RM223.8 million for the current quarter compared to revenue of RM1,280.4 million and profit before tax of RM215.0 million in the preceding quarter, representing a marginal decrease in revenue of 0.8% and marginal increase in profit before tax of 4.1%. Revenue was lower due to lower contributions from most business segments except for property investment, quarry and others segments. Profit before tax was higher due to higher contributions from most business segments which offset the lower contributions from construction and others segments.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded revenue of RM1,280.4 million and profit before tax of RM215.0 million for the current quarter compared to revenue of RM1,112.5 million and profit before tax of RM187.1 million in the preceding quarter. Revenue was higher in the current quarter due to higher contributions from most business segments except for construction and others segments. Profit before tax was higher due to higher contributions from most business segments which more than offset the lower contributions from construction, trading and manufacturing and quarry segments.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded revenue of RM1,065.0 million and profit before tax of RM113.8 million for the current quarter compared to revenue of RM967.9 million and profit before tax of RM79.0 million in the preceding quarter, representing an increase in revenue of 10.0% and profit before tax of 44.1%. The Group recorded revenue of RM967.9 million and profit before tax of RM79.0 million for the current quarter compared to revenue of RM1,016.7 million and profit before tax of RM87.2 million in the preceding quarter, representing a decrease in revenue of 4.8% and profit before tax of 9.4%. The financial performance was lower in the current quarter was mainly due to lower contributions from construction, trading and manufacturing and quarry segments.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded revenue of RM1,278.0 million and profit before tax of RM251.7 million for the current quarter compared to revenue of RM1,027.2 million and profit before tax of RM161.2 million in the preceding quarter, representing an increase in revenue of 24.4% and profit before tax of 56.2%. Revenue was higher in the current quarter due to higher contributions from most business segments except property investment. Profit before tax was higher mainly due to higher contributions from most business segments except property investment and quarry.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded revenue of RM556.6 million and profit before tax of RM10.1 million for the current quarter compared to preceding quarter, representing a decrease in revenue of 42.7% and profit before tax of 90.6%. Revenue was lower in the current quarter due to lower contributions from all business segments as a result of the MCO period from 18 March 2020 until 3 May 2020.

The Group recorded revenue of RM556.6 million and profit before tax of RM10.1 million for the current quarter representing a decrease in revenue of 42.7% and profit
before tax of 90.6%. Revenue was lower in the current quarter due to lower contributions from all business segments as a result of the MCO period from 18 March 2020 until 3 May 2020.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded revenue of RM971.4 million and profit before tax of RM107.8 million for the current quarter compared to revenue of RM1,353.0 million and profit before tax of RM261.2 million in the preceding quarter, representing a decrease in revenue of 28.2% and profit before tax of 58.7%. The Group’s financial performance was lower due to lower contributions from all business segments.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 46.83 million. It was fair compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 937.2 million and auditor’s remuneration of 3280 thousands

The Group recorded revenue of RM1,353.2 million and profit before tax of RM260.4 million for the current quarter compared to revenue of RM1,226.5 million and profit before tax of RM223.3 million in the preceding quarter. Revenue was higher mainly due to higher contributions from most business segments except trading and manufacturing. Profit before tax was higher due to higher contributions from most business segments except trading and manufacturing, healthcare and others segments.
