BURSA MALAYSIA –
Profit before tax of the Group for FY 2023 was RM12.355 million, an increase of RM3.627 million as compared to RM8.728 million in FY 2022. The increase was primarily contributed by new marketing strategies, products and customer groups and mainly due to captured demand in SEA market and exposures in international exhibitions. The Group will apply its sales and marketing strategies to boost its market presence and promote its established inhouse brands and leverage on their reputations to achieve improved market penetration. The Group continuously monitors developments in our key overseas markets on the political, economic and regulatory front. We actively promote our products and brand names with a focus on ASEAN region. Additionally, we will aggressively participate in international automotive exhibitions.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Although the market is relatively stable, the revenue for the current financial quarter decreased slightly from RM91.982 million in the immediate preceding quarter to RM88.933 million. Despite market stability, the profit after tax for the current financial quarter of RM1.292 million is much lower than the profit after tax of RM4.369 million in the immediate preceding quarter principally because of salary increments, performance incentives and currency volatility.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The revenue for the current financial quarter increased from RM81.052 million in the immediate preceding quarter to RM91.982 million was mainly due to our effective supply chain management, which enables us to capture more market share of automotive service, electrical, spare and related parts segment in the current financial quarter. As a result, the profit after tax for the current financial quarter is RM4.369 million which is higher as compared to the profit after tax of RM1.248 million in the immediate preceding quarter.

The revenue for the current financial quarter decreased from RM83.085 million in the immediate preceding quarter to RM81.052 million was mainly due to the shorter trading period in the current financial quarter. As a result, the profit after tax for the current financial quarter is RM1.309 million which is lower as compared
to the profit after tax of RM3.057 million in the immediate preceding quarter

The increase in revenue was mainly because the Group is allowed to resume full operations from October 2021. As a result, the profit after tax for the current financial quarter is RM3.057 million which is higher as compared to the profit after tax of RM1.333 million in the immediate preceding quarter.

The profit after tax for the current financial quarter is RM5.829 million as compared to profit after tax of RM2.117 million for the immediate quarter. The increase in the profit before tax is due to higher sales of automotive electrical and related parts from the Malaysia market in the current quarter and the gain on disposal of investment properties amounting RM2.901 million.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The revenue for the current quarter increased from RM44.104 million in preceding quarter to RM73.622 million. The increase in revenue is due to lower sales during the CMCO in preceding quarter and higher sales of spare parts from the domestic market in the current quarter. The profit before tax for the current quarter is RM2.287 million whilst the Group had recorded a loss before tax of RM7.935 million for the preceding quarter. It is mainly due to the higher operating expenses and lower revenue subsequent to the Covid-19 pandemic.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2020, the directors’ remuneration was 5.15 million. It was slightly high compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 31.7 million and auditor’s remuneration of 231 thousands

The Group’s revenue for the current financial quarter of RM44.103 million showed a decrease compared to the revenue of RM63.493 million for the immediate preceding quarter due to lower revenue from both our export market and domestic market for the current quarter. The Group registered a loss before tax of RM7.938 million for the current quarter compared to a profit before tax of RM0.691 million for the immediate preceding quarter mainly due to higher operating expenses and lower revenue for the current quarter subsequent to the Covid-19 pandemic.

The Group’s revenue for the current financial quarter of RM63.493 million showed a decrease compared to the revenue of RM72.025 million for the immediate preceding quarter due to lower revenue from both our export market and domestic market for the current quarter. The Group registered a profit before tax of RM0.691 million for the current quarter compared to RM0.517 million for the immediate preceding quarter mainly due to lower operating expenses and lower revenue for the current quarter.
