BURSA MALAYSIA –
Profit before taxation was RM 3.0m in 2023 vs PBT of RM 22.3m (gains from disposal of land & building was RM 17.6m) in the previous year. Despite the increase in revenue, the Group has recorded a lower PBT from operations due to rising labour cost following the implementation of the amendments to the Employment Act 1955. We expect revenue and earnings to be challenging in 2024. The Malaysian Automotive Association forecast Total Industry Volume (Passenger Vehicles) for 2024 to be 666,000 units vs 719,160 units in 2023. We expect continuous increase in volumes from Indonesia to compensate for part of the reduction in revenue in the local market and lower the country dependent risk.The Industrial spares segment is working with various local and overseas suppliers in order to offer our customers a wider range of products. This will also allow the company to venture into new sectors.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The group profit before taxation (“PBT”) was RM 22.3m for the financial year ended 31 December 2022 compared to a a loss before taxation (“LBT”) of RM 2.3m in the previous year manly attribute by disposal of land & building of RM 17.6m. Moving ahead, the group expecting volumes from Indonesia to compensate for part of the reduction in revenue in the local market of Automotive Carpets and Braking Components. Also, The Industrial spares segment is working with various local and overseas suppliers in order to offer our customers a wider range of products. This will also allow the company to venture into new sectors.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue for the reporting period increased by RM4.98m in comparison to immediate preceding quarter (“Q2’22”) mainly due to increase in local automotive sales as auto makers continue to fulfill bookings received up to 30 June 2022 qualifying for sales tax exemptions. These bookings must be fulfilled (i.e. vehicle registered) by 31 March 2023.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue for the reporting period increased by RM0.64m in comparison to immediate preceding quarter (“Q1’22”) mainly due to increase in local automotive sales. However, profit margins suffered due to the implementation of the minimum wage from 1st May 2022.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue for the reporting period decreased by RM4.41m in comparison to immediate preceding quarter mainly due to decrease in local automotive sales.

The Group’s revenue for the reporting period recorded decrease of RM10.43m in comparison to the immediate preceding quarter (Q1′ 20″) was mainly due to slow automotive sales in Malaysia and Indonesia and the enforcement of the MCO commencing 18th March 2020.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2018, the directors’ remuneration was 1.12 million. It was slightly low compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 21.4 million and auditor’s remuneration of 190 thousands

The Group’s revenue for the reporting period recorded decrease of RM12.13m in comparison to the immediate preceding quarter was mainly due to slow automotive sales in Malaysia and Indonesia and the enforcement of the MCO commencing 18th March 2020.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Revenue from the carpet segment from Malaysia was increased by RM0.97m to RM19.52m as compared to preceding quarter mainly due to major increase in sales to Honda of RM1.17m. The increase in PBT was due to higher revenue. Machinery parts segment recorded a drop in revenue by RM1.01m to RM1.43m which was mainly attributed to slow down in orders from the palm oil industry in Indonesia and weak global demand.
