BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group posted an improvement in profit before tax of RM2.2 million from RM23.3 million to RM25.5 million in FYE2022. This is due to the Group has completed a disposal of right-of-use asset which contributed a net gain of RM5.1 million to the Group. Going Forward, The group will continuously developing sustainable and environmentally flexible packaging products to meet their customers’ green initiatives target and reduce their carbon footprints. The Group expects its key markets and product contributions to the Group to remain the same.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a relatively stable revenue of RM47.2 million compared to RM47.1 million recorded in the preceding quarter. The Group posted lower PBT of RM6.4 million as compared to RM9.8 million recorded in the preceding quarter due to the gain from disposal of leasehold land included in the preceding quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded higher revenue of RM47.1 million, an increase of 3.4% when compared to RM45.5 million recorded in the preceding quarter. This was attributed to higher demands from domestic market. The Group also posted higher PBT of RM9.8 million as compared to RM5.8 million recorded in the preceding quarter due to the completion of disposal of leasehold
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group posted higher PBT of RM5.8 million as compared to RM5.2 million recorded in the preceding quarter. This was attributed to the increase in sales of flexible plastic packaging products and favourable average selling price (ASP) recorded during current quarter.

The Group recorded higher revenue of RM45.2 million, an increase of 25.1% when compared to RM36.2 million recorded in the preceding quarter. This was due to increase in sales of flexible plastic packaging products and resins. In tandem with higher revenue achieved, the Group posted higher PBT of RM5.2 million as compared to RM4.0 million recorded in the preceding quarter

The Group recorded lower PBT of RM4.0 million as compared to RM6.1 million recorded in the preceding quarter. The deterioration in profitability is attributed to higher production cost per output as a result of disruption in production activities.

The Group recorded revenue of RM46.0 million, an increase of 12.4% when compared to RM40.9 million recorded in the preceding quarter due to increase in sales and sales volume of flexible plastic packaging products and plastic resins for local market. As a result, the Group posted higher PBT of RM7.9 million as compared to RM5.6 million recorded in the preceding quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
For the current quarter ended 30 September 2020, the Group recorded revenue of RM37.1 million, an increase of 6.6% when compared to RM34.8 million recorded in the preceding quarter due to increase in sales for plastic resins. As a result, the Group posted higher PBT of RM6.3 million, an increase of RM0.9 million or 16.4% from RM5.4 million of PBT recorded in the preceding quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Revenue, PBT and PAT of the Group in the current quarter ended 30 June 2020 were relatively stable when compared to that of the same in the immediate preceding quarter despite the Movement Control Order (“MCO”) first imposed by the Malaysian Government for a period of 2 weeks from 18 March 2020 and the extension to 31 August 2020 as one of the measures to address and contain the outbreak of Covid-19.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 1.78 million. It was slightly high compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 12.5 million and auditor’s remuneration of 118 thousands
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded revenue of RM34.1 million for current quarter ended 31 March 2020, a decrease of 10.1% compared to RM37.9 million in the preceding quarter due lower sales and sales volume for export markets especially Japan and Australia. The Group posted higher PBT of RM5.2 million compared to RM5.0 million in preceding quarter. This is due to softening in raw material cost.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
For the current quarter ended 31 December 2019, the Group recorded revenue of RM37.9 million, a decrease of 11.0% when compared to RM42.6 million in the preceding quarter due to lower sales and sales volume to both the domestic and export markets. The Group posted lower PBT by 26.1% to RM5.0 million from RM6.8 million in the preceding quarter. The Group’s PBT dropped at a higher proportion when compared to the drop in sales was largely due to lower economies of scale.
