BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s profit before tax for the year ended 30 June 2024 is RM21.985 million against RM18.363 million for the corresponding financial year, representing an increase of 19.72% mainly due to the increase in revenue and reduce in manufacturing cost. Going forward, the Group shall continue to place strong emphasis on operational efficiency and cost rationalization to improve profitability and sustainable business growth. Also, we are optimistic on the recovery in the construction sector, focusing on industrial and digital infrastructure segments. This resurgence is expected to drive demand for our innovative and high-quality building materials, positioning us well to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded an increase in profit before tax of RM6.072 million from RM12.291 million in FYE 30 June 2022. The increase in profit further assures the Group on commitment of continuous innovation on niche-specific products including fire & Non-fire high performance roller shutters, high security metal fire doors and S5 shelving racking systems, which in turn contributes to better profit margins and effective cost management initiatives to streamline production and overhead cost. The Group is anticipating a weaker demand for its product in view of slow down in the domestic and global economy. The Group shall continue to stay vigilant and resilient on rising costs including raw materials and manufacturing overhead
costs.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded profit before tax of RM2.738 million as compared to RM5.771 million in the immediate preceding quarter, representing a decrease of RM3.033 million or 52.56%. The decrease was mainly due to decrease in revenue. The decrease was mainly due to decrease in sale of shutters products.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded profit before tax of RM12.291 million for the current financial year as compared to RM5.690 million for the FYE 30 June 2021. This increase was attributed by the gain on disposal of investment properties of RM3.027 million and increase in revenue of RM10.085 million during the year under review. The Group is eager to launch multiple Research & Development projects focusing on ESG initiatives. It is expected that the success of these projects will be beneficial to the Building & Construction sector and more importantly, adds to the list of ESG Building Materials that is facing limited options and choices for adoption in current times.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded profit before tax of RM5.771 million as compared to RM3.726 million in the immediate preceding quarter, representing an increase of RM2.045 million or 54.88%. The increase was mainly due to increase in revenue. The increase was mainly due to increase in sale of shutters and racking products.

The Group recorded group profit before tax of RM3.726 million as compared to RM1.764 million in the immediate preceding quarter, representing a increase of RM1.962 million or 111.22%. The increase is mainly due to increase in other operating income

The Group recorded group profit before tax of RM1.764 million as compared to RM1.030 million in the immediate preceding quarter, representing an increase of RM0.733 million or 71.20%. The increase is mainly due to increase in revenue. The increase is mainly due to increase in sales recorded.

The Group recorded profit before tax of RM5.690 million for the current financial year as compared to RM0.024 million for the previous financial year. The increase was mainly due to decrease in manufacturing costs by reducing allowance for slow moving inventories, labour and factory expenses; decrease in distribution expenses, administrative expenses and other operating expenses. The Group continues to position itself as a solution provider over a manufacturer-cum-supplier role. With increasing integration of automation and complementary products that can come under the Group’s umbrella and/or partnering closely with industry experts, clients are able to receive comprehensive industry solution rather than consolidating different products into one system or set up.

Group profit before tax of RM1.736 million as compared to Group profit before tax of RM0.993 million in the immediate preceding quarter was mainly due to increase in revenue.

In Financial Year End 2020, the directors’ remuneration was 2.61 million. It was slightly high compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 11.9 million and auditor’s remuneration of 137 thousands
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Group revenue reduce from RM16.558 million to RM10.188 million as compared to the immediate preceding quarter. Group loss before tax of RM2.691 million as compared to Group profit before tax of RM0.363 million in the immediate preceding quarter was mainly due to impairment loss on trade receivables of RM0.849 million and allowance for slow moving of RM1.87 million.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Group revenue reduced from RM20.932 million to RM16.557 million as compared to the immediate preceding quarter. Group profit before tax of RM0.363 million as compared to Group profit before tax of RM1.456 million in the immediate preceding quarter was mainly due to reduce in revenue.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 2.73 million. It was high compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 12.9 million and auditor’s remuneration of 98 thousands
