BURSA MALAYSIA –
Profit before tax increased by 2.9% from RM68.9 million reported in the previous year to RM70.5 million for the current year, mainly due to higher revenue generated by the property development segment attributable to higher sales and speed of inventories liquidation from the development projects in Goodview Heights, Taman Rasa Utama and Taman Perindustrian Rasa in Batang Kali, Alam Budiman, Kiara Sungai Long, and Sungai Long Residence. Despite the current challenging and unpredictable Malaysian economic environment, SHL Consolidated Bhd will remain resilient and focused on building landed properties and affordable value homes in Bandar Sungai Long, Goodview Heights at Sungai Long South, Taman Rasa Utama and Taman Perindustrian Rasa in Batang Kali, all property development projects located in Selangor Darul Ehsan, the primary social and economic centre of Malaysia.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group revenue increased by 43.9% from RM40.56 million reported in the immediate preceding quarter to RM58.37 million for the current quarter, mainly due to higher revenue generated by property development segment. The Group’s profit before taxation of RM15.24 million for the current quarter increased by RM1.27 million compared to RM13.97 million achieved in the immediate preceding quarter. The increase is mainly due to higher revenue generated by the property development segment.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s profit before taxation of RM13.97 million for the current quarter increased by RM0.79 million compared to RM13.18 million achieved in the immediate preceding quarter. The increase is mainly due to higher revenue generated by the property development segment.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s profit before taxation of RM13.18 million for the current quarter decreased by RM14.12 million compared to RM27.30 million achieved in the immediate preceding quarter. The decrease is mainly due to lower revenue generated by the property development segment.

The Group’s profit before taxation of RM27.30 million for the current quarter increased by RM11.85 million compared to RM15.45 million achieved in the immediate preceding quarter. The Group’s profit before taxation of RM15.45 million for the current quarter increased by RM2.33 million compared to RM13.12 million achieved in the immediate preceding quarter. The increase is mainly due to higher revenue generated by the property development and construction segment.

The decrease is mainly due to lower revenue generated by the property development segment as a result of the economic impact arising from the implementation of Movement Control Order (MCO) 2.0 with effect from 13 January 2021
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2020, the directors’ remuneration was 3.1 million. It was slightly high compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 13 million and auditor’s remuneration of 182 thousands
