BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded PBT and PAT of RM34.81 million and RM31.98 million respectively in FYE2022, which were 67.36% and 64.68% respectively higher as compared to FYE 2021. Higher GP for FYE 2022 and higher other income had contributed to the improvement in PBT that resulted in the higher PAT achieved. Going forward, The Group will continue to expand and is poised with agility to embark on new business of different nature in different industry. This is part of our diversification and expansion strategy to mitigate any over-dependency of certain industries.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s PBT decreased by RM0.31 million or approximately 3.27% for the current quarter ended 31 December 2022 as compared to the preceding quarter ended 30 September 2022 due mainly to the lower other income and higher administrative expenses recorded. Lower other income was recorded due to weakening of the United States Dollar against the Malaysian Ringgit which resulted in unrealised forex lost as compared to unrealised forex gain in the prior quarter. The increase in the administrative expenses were mainly driven by the same reason as other income, which resulted in the increase in unrealised forex lost amounting to RM2.55 million.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s PBT increase by RM2.70 million or approximately 39.20% for the current quarter ended 30 September 2022 as compared to the preceding quarter ended 30 June 2022 due mainly to the higher administrative expenses in the preceding quarter arising from the one-off nonrecurring listing expenses of RM2.29 million.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s PBT decrease by RM2.14 million or approximately 23.65% for the current quarter ended 30 June 2022 as compared to the preceding quarter ended 31 March 2022 due mainly to the higher administrative expenses arising from the one-off non-recurring listing expenses of RM2.29 million. However, the decrease was partially offset by higher other income attributed to the bargain purchase arising from the acquisition of EEASB amounting to RM1.61 million.
