BURSA MALAYSIA –
For the financial year ended 30 June 2024, the group recorded lower PBT of RM1.4 million as compare to PBT of RM2.5 million in the preceding financial year. The lower PBT was inline with lower Revenue recorded due to lower work progress from the ongoing projects and one project LRT near completion in addition to the higher depreciation cost from the purchase of the project formwork system. Going forward, The ongoing projects at Kulim are on schedule, and the Group is optimistic that their completion will positively impact recurrent income, while also exploring construction technologies to enhance value and reduce risk.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The profit before tax increased by 225% to RM2.5 million compared to a loss of RM2.0 million in previous year. The improved performance was due to the commencement of revenue recognition for the two LRT projects and construction of terraces houses at Cyberjaya secured last year. Whilst the Group aims to tender for new projects in different segments, we remain committed to deliver all existing projects on time and at the same time keeping the cost well controlled. Although we foresee challenges ahead, we believe that the implementation of new policies and regulations always come with underlying growth opportunities
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group registered a revenue of RM20.45 million in this quarter compared to a revenue of RM5.23 million in the preceding quarter. The higher revenue was contributed by the two (2) new projects of construction and completion of LRT lines. The loss before tax in the immediate preceding financial quarter was due to the lower revenue as the previous projects were all at the completion stage and the contributions by the new contracts were registered only in this quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group registered a revenue of RM5.23 million in this quarter compared to a revenue of RM7.06 million in the preceding quarter. The higher revenue in the preceding quarter was due to the sale of inventories in Ipoh. The losses before tax in both individual quarters were mainly due to the rising material and labour cost
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group registered a revenue of RM7.06 million in this quarter compared to a revenue of RM5.92 million in the preceding quarter in the segment of property and constructions mainly contributed from the increase of work progress of our Penang project. The loss before tax of RM0.61 million compared to RM0.42 million in the preceding quarter was due to the increase in construction cost for the Selangor project.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group registered a revenue of RM5.92 million in this quarter compared to a revenue of RM4.79 million in the preceding quarter in the segment of property and constructions mainly contributed from the increase of work progress of our Penang project. The loss before tax of RM0.42 million compared to RM0.29 million in the preceding quarter was due to the increase in administrative and operating expenses.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group registered a revenue of RM4.79 million in this quarter compared to a revenue of RM4.01 million in the preceding quarter in the segment of property and constructions mainly contributed from the increase of work progress of our Penang project. The loss before tax of RM8.98 million in the preceding quarter was mainly due to the impairment of a receivable owing by Kampung Kenayat.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s continuing operation registered a revenue of RM7.85 million or 24% increase as compared to a revenue of RM6.32 million in the preceding quarter in the segment of properties and constructions. The higher revenue was due to higher work done to complete the projects as per scheduled. The higher losses of RM0.48 million in the segment of properties and construction compared to the preceding quarter were due to higher claims by subcontractors and suppliers.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2020, the directors’ remuneration was 0.26 million. It was low compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 1.9 million and auditor’s remuneration of 130 thousands

Leweko Resources’ proposed rights issue will allow the company to preserve funds for its construction division as the management expects its construction activities to increase in the near term. The company said the proposed exercise was expected to raise up to RM16.51mil based on an indicative issue price of nine sen per rights share.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s continuing operation registered a revenue of RM10.43 million as compared to a revenue of RM16.51 million in the preceding quarter. Both precast concrete and properties and construction segment recorded lower revenue as compared to preceding quarter. The decrease in the revenue is mainly due to most of the projects were slow down in this quarter due to MCO.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s continuing operation registered a revenue of RM16.51million as compared to a revenue of RM8.91 million in the preceding quarter. The Group recorded a profit before tax “PBT” of RM0.83 million as compared to loss before tax “LBT” RM0.67 million in the preceding quarter. The increase in revenue and PBT are due to higher volume of work done during the quarter in review in the properties and construction division.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s continuing operation in the precast concrete segment registered a revenue of RM1.25 million as compared to a RM1.09 million in the preceding quarter mainly due to recognising higher revenue from Project Duke 3and Project Kampung Lambor. The Group recorded a LBT of RM0.67 million as compared to PBT of RM0.43 million recorded in the preceding quarter mainly due to compensation for the termination of employees.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 1.03 million. It was fair compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 2.8 million and auditor’s remuneration of 163 thousands
