BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a loss after tax of RM15.6 million for FY2022 as compared to a loss after tax of RM1.8 million for FY2021. This was mainly due to the write down on feasibility costs incurred on prospective new business ventures and investment. Taking into account of the increasingly competitive landscape, apart from the enhancement on the current
existing core business, the Group will explore identify new business opportunities to provide alternative source of revenue to their Group.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a lower LBT of RM0.54 million for the current quarter financial period ended 30 September 2022 as compared to LBT of approximately RM0.98 million for the immediate preceding quarter financial period ended 30 June 2022. This was mainly due to higher revenue during the financial period.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a LBIT and LBT of RM0.98 million for the current quarter 30 June 2022 compared to the preceding financial year’s corresponding quarter of PBIT and PBT of RM0.01 million. This was mainly due to the higher raw material costs and expenses incurred on corporate exercise.

The Group recorded a lower LBT of RM0.35 million for the current quarter financial period ended 31 March 2022 as compared to LBT of approximately RM1.93 million for the immediate preceding quarter financial period ended 31 December 2021. This was mainly due to impairment of stocks which amounted to RM1.65 million.

The Group recorded a higher LBT of RM1.93 million for the current quarter financial period ended 31 December 2021 as compared to LBT of approximately RM0.09 million for the immediate preceding quarter financial period ended 30 September 2021. This was mainly due to impairment of stocks which amounted to RM1.65 million.

The Group recorded a lower PBT of RM0.01 million for the current financial quarter ended 30 June 2021 as compared to PBT of RM0.21 for the immediate preceding quarter ended 31 March 2021. This was mainly due to a lower contribution from the coatings manufacturing segment in the current quarter.

The Group recorded a lower PBT of RM0.21 million for the current financial quarter ended 31 March 2021 as compared to PBT of RM0.65 for the immediate preceding quarter ended 31 December 2020. This was mainly due to a lower contribution from the coatings manufacturing segment in the current quarter and a reversal of provision for doubtful debt which amounted to RM0.36 million in the immediate preceding quarter.

The Group recorded a higher PBT of RM0.65 million for the current quarter financial period ended 31 December 2020 as compared to PBT of approximately RM1,000 for the immediate preceding quarter financial period ended 30 September 2020. This was mainly due to higher contribution from the coatings manufacturing segment.

The Group recorded PBT of approximately RM1,000 for the current quarter financial period ended 30 September 2020 as compared to LBIT of RM0.35 million for the immediate preceding quarter financial period ended 30 June 2020. This was mainly due to the increase in revenue generated by the coatings manufacturing segment which has a higher profit margin.

The Group recorded LBT of RM0.35 million for the current quarter financial period ended 30 June 2020 as compared to PBT of RM0.09 million for the immediate preceding quarter financial period ended 31 March 2020 which was mainly due to the decrease in revenue generated by the coatings manufacturing segment which has a higher profit margin.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded PBT of RM0.09 million for the current quarter financial period ended 31 March 2020 as compared to LBT of RM0.44 million for the immediate preceding quarter financial period ended 31 December 2019, which was mainly due to the increase in revenue derived from additional placement of orders from a new major customer during the quarter.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 0.84 million. It was slightly high compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 3.2 million and auditor’s remuneration of 77 thousands
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded LBT of RM0.44 million for the current quarter ended 31 December 2019 as compared to PBT of RM0.15 for preceding quarter ended 30 September 2019. The loss was mainly due to the decrease in revenue.
