The Group recorded a profit before taxation of RM13.6 million for the quarter under review compared to a profit before tax of RM10.2 million in the preceding quarter partly due to the increase in local new enrolments.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a profit before taxation of RM10.2 million for the quarter under review compared to a profit before tax of RM10.5 million in the preceding quarter. It is partly due to the slower new enrolments due to Movement Control Order (MCO) and border control arising from the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 1.15 million. It was low compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 103 million and auditor’s remuneration of 411 thousands

The Group recorded a profit before taxation of RM9.0 million for the current quarter compared to a profit before tax of RM11.0 million in the preceding quarter. The variation in results is partly due to the slower new enrolments arising from the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic.
