BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group registered a pre-tax profit of RM12.55 million (2022: pre-tax profit of RM12.13 million) on the back of a higher turnover of RM137.74 million (2022: RM98.48 million). The result is largely supported by two new projects in Malaysia –
namely 19Trees at Taman Melawati and Jia at Taman Bukit Serdang. Amidst several macroeconomic headwinds, including rising interest rates and inflation that could affect residential purchases, SDB is concentrating its efforts on the two ongoing projects in Malaysia – which have commenced construction
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group registered pretax profit of RM6.23 million compared to pretax loss of RM3.62 million recorded in the preceding quarter ended 30 June 2022. This was mainly due to launching of 19Trees during the quarter and better sales of completed stock achieved.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group registered pretax loss of RM3.62 million compared to pretax profit of RM849,000 recorded in the preceding quarter ended 31 March 2022. This was mainly due to fair value gain of RM3.88 million on revaluation of investment property in last quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group registered pretax profit of RM849,000 compared to pretax profit of RM1.17 million recorded in the preceding quarter ended 31 December 2021. This was mainly due to no contribution from UNA as the project has completed in September 2021 and lower contribution from jointly controlled entities as Jui project has completed in October 2021.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group registered pretax profit of RM1.17 million compared to pretax profit of RM1.44 million recorded in the preceding quarter ended 30 September 2021. This was mainly due to no contribution from UNA as the project has completed in September 2021.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group registered pretax profit of RM1.44 million compared to pretax profit of RM9.07 million recorded in the preceding quarter ended 30 June 2021. This was mainly due to gain on disposal of fixed asset in last quarter.

The Group registered pretax profit of RM9.07 million compared to pretax loss of RM8.50 million recorded in the preceding quarter ended 31 March 2021. This was mainly due to gain on disposal of fixed asset.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group registered pretax loss of RM8.50 million compared to RM1.35 million recorded in the preceding quarter ended 31 December 2020. This was mainly due to adverse market sentiments as a result of implementation of MCO2.0 from 13 January to 4 March 2021 (Kuala Lumpur & Selangor) and reclassification of negative foreign translation reserve to income statement during the quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
For the quarter ended 30 September 2020, the Group registered profit before tax of RM4.64 million compared to loss of RM7.01 million recorded in the preceding quarter ended 30 June 2020. This was mainly due to contribution of iron ore mining results and resume of work in construction site in June 2020
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2020, the directors’ remuneration was 1.76 million. It was fair compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 24.5 million and auditor’s remuneration of 202 thousands
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group registered loss before tax of RM7.01 million compared to loss of RM22.15 million recorded in the preceding quarter ended 31 March 2020. This was mainly due to impairment of capitalized costs in land held for development in accordance to MRFS incurred in the preceding quarter ended 31 March 2020.

The Group registered loss before tax of RM22.15 million compared to profit of RM11.76 million recorded in the preceding quarter. This was mainly due to impairment of capitalized costs in land held for development in accordance to MFRS and softer market sentiment in the real estate industry.

For the quarter ended 31 December 2019, the Group registered an increase in profit before tax of RM11.76 million compared to RM11.54 million in preceding quarter. This was mainly due to better sales of UNA and contribution from Singapore projects by jointly controlled entities.
