BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded profit before taxation of RM6.0 million as compared to profit before taxation of RM2.9 million in 2021 in line with improver revenue recorded. Moving Ahead, The Group will continue with aggressive cost control measures and explore more innovative and sustainable approaches in its operations to drive greater cost efficiency and productivity, and the Group remains cautiously optimistic on the outlook of plantation segment and looking for a favorable financial performance in the year ahead.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue, gross profit and PBT have decreased by 29.5%, 87.0% and 174.1% to RM 149.4 million, 3.9 million and LBT 10.7 million respectively as compared to immediate preceding quarter. It was mainly due to decrease in average selling price on CPO, PK and FFB throughout the quarter by 39.5%, 32.6% and 42.9% respectively.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded revenue of RM212.1 million, profit before tax of RM14.5 million and profit after taxation of RM10.0 million as compared to immediate preceding quarter. It was mainly due to ongoing favourable growth in average selling price on FFB and CPO throughout the quarter by 2.4% and 12.1% respectively. Besides that, the sales volume for CPO and PK have increased by 24.7% and 25.2% to 26,498MT and 5,549MT respectively also resulted increasing in revenue.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Revenue decreased by 3.5% to RM160.3 million mainly due to the production volume for FFB, CPO and PK have decreased by 23.6%, 23% and 27.5% to 39,940MT, 20,723MT and 4,471MT respectively as compared to immediate preceding quarter. The Group recorded profit before tax of RM6.0 million and profit after taxation of
RM3.7 million, both improved in comparison to immediate preceding quarter due to higher selling price.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
the Group recorded pre-tax profit of RM9.3 million and profit after taxation of RM6.7 million, both improved in comparison to immediate preceding quarter due to higher selling price. Besides, gain in fair value changes in biological asset of RM0.85 million and reduction of admin expenses and other operating expenses by RM0.47 million also contribute to the higher profit
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded pre-tax loss of RM8.8 million and loss after taxation of RM10.1 million, both improved in comparison to immediate preceding quarter mainly due to non-cash adjustments for the financial year ended 31 December 2020 which inclusive of the biological assets and property, plant and equipment written off for RM13.5 million and impairment loss on goodwill for RM5.1 million and RPGT payment of RM4.1 million pertaining to disposal of both Lumiera and Woodijaya estates
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded pre-tax loss of RM1.2 million and loss after taxation of RM4.5 million, both narrowed by 71.7% and 12.9% respectively. Overall, the uptrend pricing of FFB, CPO and PK has optimised the financial performance of the Group.
The Edge –
The FBM KLCI clawed back to positive territory at the midday break Monday, as crude palm oil held above the RM3,000 level and index-linked plantation stocks lifted. The actively traded stocks included Rimbunan Sawit Bhd.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Revenue increased by 2.6% mainly due to higher sales volume of CPO, PK, and FFB by 26.1%, 17.2%, and 11.1% respectively despite decline in CPO & PK selling price. As such, gross profit reduced by RM3.7 million for the current quarter as compared to the immediate preceding quarter.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 1.59 million. It was slightly low compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 73.7 million and auditor’s remuneration of 371 thousands
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Revenue retracted by 7.1% mainly due to lower sales volume of CPO, PK, and FFB by 23.6%, 25.8%, and 29.4% respectively despite recovery in CPO & PK selling price. As such, gross profit increased by RM5.0 million for the current quarter as compared to the preceding quarter. Pre-tax loss shaved by 83.9% mainly because the preceding quarter included provisioning of impairment losses on goodwill and property, plant, and equipment for Lumiera estate.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Revenue was RM86.9 million, surged by RM6.4 million on the back of higher average selling price across the board. The Group’s incurred pre-tax loss of RM28.9 million as compared to pre-tax profit of RM1.0 million in preceding quarter mainly due to impairment provision of RM32.6 million.
