BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group”s Profit before tax (PBT) was RM14.49 million for FY2023, an increase of RM2.12 million or 17.14% over RM12.37 million in FY2022 mainly attributable to the increase in revenue. Income from software-based activities has increased mainly due to higher software customisation services arising from clients” digital initiatives in business processes and products, and the on-boarding of a new client in the last quarter of FY2023 initially contributing to e-Cover motor services. The Group will continue its research and development efforts to expand and extend the e-Cover services to the financial services sector and other segments of e-commerce by leveraging on the large 24×7 secured e-Cover infrastructure.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Rexit recorded a revenue of RM6.844 million, which has improved compared with the previous quarter mainly due to the increase in software customisation services. PBT and PAT have also increased by 11% inline with the increase in revenue.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Rexit recorded a revenue of RM6.535 million, which has improved compared with the previous quarter mainly due to the increase in software sales and services. PBT and PAT have also increased by 22% inline with the increase in revenue.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Rexit recorded a revenue of RM6.251 million, which has declined compared with the previous quarter mainly due to the decrease in software sales and services. However PBT and PAT have improved due to lower tax payable as a result of capital allowances claimed on acquisition of data centre assets

Rexit recorded a revenue of RM6.597 million, which has improved compared with the previous quarter mainly due to the increase in software customisation services. PBT and PAT have declined by 26% mainly due to unrealised net fair value loss on investments in cah funds which were maintained in global fixed income assets.

Rexit recorded a revenue of RM5.920 million, which has declined compared with the previous quarter mainly due to lower software sales and services. PBT and PAT have also decreased by 4% in line with the decrease in revenue.

The Group posted a Profit after tax (PAT) of RM9.89 million for FY2021, an improvement of RM0.37 million or 3.89% over RM9.52 million PAT in FY2020 mainly attributable to lower tax payable arising from the claim for capital allowance from the acquisition of data centre assets. PBT declined to RM2.710 million due to higher direct costs and depreciation of newly acquired assets resulting from the relocation and upgrading of data centre.

Rexit recorded a revenue of RM5.837 million, which has declined compared with the previous quarter mainly due to the decrease in software customisation services. PBT and PAT have also decreased by 23% and 20% inline with the decrease in revenue.

For the current quarter, Rexit recorded a revenue of RM6.211 million, which has declined compared with the previous quarter mainly due to the lower software customisation services. PBT and PAT have also decreased in line with the decrease in revenue.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2020, the directors’ remuneration was 1.73 million. It was slightly high compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 2 million and auditor’s remuneration of 110 thousands

For the current quarter, Rexit recorded a revenue of RM6.766 million, which has improved compared with the previous quarter mainly due to the increase in software customisation services. PBT and PAT have also increased in line with the increase in revenue.

The Group recorded a revenue of RM6.003 million for current quarter, which has declined RM0.408 compared with the previous quarter mainly due to the lower software sales and services. The Group recorded a PBT of RM2.751 million for current quarter as compared to RM3.471 million in preceding quarter. PBT and PAT have also decreased in line with the decrease in revenue and higher Administrative expenses.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 1.77 million. It was slightly high compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 2.1 million and auditor’s remuneration of 114 thousands
