BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue of RM81.8 million in the current quarter, representing an increase of 5.3% from RM77.7 million in the preceding quarter was primarily due to higher early settlement and fee income. The Group recorded a lower allowances for impairment loss on receivables of RM6.9 million in the current quarter as compared to RM8.2 million in the preceding quarter. The above led to a higher pre-tax profit of RM48.6 million in the current quarter, an increase of RM5.7 million from RM42.9 million in the preceding quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue increased from RM74.7 million in the preceding quarter to RM77.7 million in the current quarter. This was mainly contributed by higher fee income, offset with lower early settlement income. The Group also posted an increase in pre-tax profit of RM42.9 million in the current quarter, primarily led by higher fee income despite a higher allowances for impairment loss on receivables.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s pre-tax profit decreased from RM46.4 million in the preceding quarter to RM41.4 million in the current quarter, primarily due to higher allowances for impairment loss on receivables.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a higher revenue of RM76.9 million as compared to RM69.8 million in the preceding quarter. This was mainly due to higher early settlement income arising from increased refinancing activities and fee income upon gradual upliftment of restrictions in economic sectors. The above gave rise to a higher pre-tax profit of RM46.4 million in the current quarter as compared to the preceding quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a lower revenue of RM69.8 million in the current quarter as compared to RM78.0 million in the preceding quarter. This was mainly due to lower profit income as a result of implementation of FMCO with restricted business activities nationwide. Overall, the Group posted a lower post-tax profit of RM31.5 million in the current quarter as compared to RM35.4 million in the preceding quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a lower revenue of RM69.8 million in the current quarter as compared to RM78.0 million in the preceding quarter. This was mainly due to lower profit income as a result of implementation of FMCO with restricted business activities nationwide. Overall, the Group posted a lower post-tax profit of RM31.5 million in the current quarter as compared to RM35.4 million in the preceding quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group generated a lower revenue of RM75.0 million in the current quarter as compared to RM77.9 million in the preceding quarter, mainly due to lower early settlement and net fee income. The Group’s posted a lower post-tax profit from RM34.8 million in the preceding quarter to RM34.1 million in the current quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group registered a higher revenue of RM77.9 million in current quarter, an increase of RM1.9 million from RM75.9 million in the preceding quarter mainly attributed to higher financing profit and fee income. The above gave rise to a higher pre-tax profit of RM46.7 million in the current quarter as compared to RM44.2 million in the preceding quarter, coupled with lower allowances for impairment loss on receivables and offset by ESS expense incurred.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a higher revenue of RM75.9 million as compared to RM64.7 million in the preceding quarter. This was mainly due to higher early settlement as well as fee income arising from higher disbursements in the current quarter. The Group posted a higher pre-tax profit of RM44.2 million in the current quarter, an increase of 44.4% as compared to preceding quarter of RM30.6 million. This was substantially led by higher revenue and lower allowance for impairment loss on receivables in the current quarter.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2020, the directors’ remuneration was 0.95 million. It was slightly low compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 23.5 million and auditor’s remuneration of 299 thousands
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group generated lower revenue of RM64.7 million as compared to RM73.0 million in the preceding quarter. This was mainly due to RM4.4 million and RM2.9 million lower early settlement profit and net fee income respectively as a result of restricted business activities experienced during the current quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group registered a lower pre-tax profit of RM37.8 million in the current quarter as compared to RM41.0 million in the preceding quarter. This was mainly due to additional allowances for impairment loss on receivables reported in the current quarter arising from contraction of forecasted Real Gross Domestic Product, a forward looking variable used for expected credit loss calculation.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group registered a higher pre-tax profit of RM41.0 million in the current quarter as compared to preceding quarter of RM36.8 million. This was largely due to higher net interest income, lower allowance for impairment loss on receivables and operating expenses.
