BURSA MALAYSIA –
The group profit before interest and taxation decreased 38.42% to RM3.75 million from RM6.09 million previously as a result of lower revenue. The future demand for the Group’s services and offerings is expected to remain strong, with the compounded average growth rate (CAGR) of the areas in which the Group is involved in the double digits of 5% to 25%, particularly in Southeast Asia. The Group sees this as a positive development for their prospects in all their segments, both in the Malaysian market and within the region as businesses ramp up their digitalisation efforts.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue and profit before taxation slightly increased by 14.9% in Q3 2022 because more ad-hoc service requested by existing customers in Q3 2022 as compared to Q2 2022.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue slightly decreased in Q2 2022 because lower number of projects was performed in Q2 2022 as compared to Q1 2022 whereas most of the milestones of the projects was completed. The Group’s profit before taxation slightly increased in Q2 2022 because lower administrative expense recorded in Q2 2022 as compared to Q1 2022 such as lower office expense, food refreshment, staff welfare and so on.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s profit before taxation significantly increased in Q1 2022 because lower sales and marketing expense recorded in Q1 2022 as compared to Q4 2021 in Malaysia for project launching activities that was held in Q4 2021.

The Group’s revenue and profit before taxation increased from RM7.71 million and RM2.01 million respectively to RM21.91 million and RM4.38 million respectively in comparison with the immediate preceding quarter. This increase was mainly due to higher sales from provision of HCM and student management solutions and HCM technology applications in Malaysia
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue and profit before taxation increased from RM5.08 million and RM0.85 million respectively to RM7.71 million and RM2.01 million respectively in comparison with the immediate preceding quarter. This increase was mainly due to higher sales from HCM technology applications in Malaysia.
