    The Group recorded a loss before tax of RM10.1 million, contrasting with a profit before tax of RM1.3 million in the prior year. This downturn was significantly influenced by the Property and Construction Segment, which reported a LBT of RM4.1 million compared to a PBT of RM11.7 million the previous year. We will focus on expanding our footprint in high-growth markets, driving innovation through digital transformation, and enhancing our capabilities in sustainable construction practices. We are also exploring new avenues for growth through strategic partnerships and acquisitions, which will enable us to diversify our offerings and enter new markets.

    The Group registered higher revenue of RM208.4 million as compared to RM202.6 million recorded in the preceding year. However, profit before tax is lower at RM1.3 million as compared to the profit before tax (‘PBT’) of RM9.9 million recorded in the year before. The overall results was affected by impairments of RM4.1 million on property, plants & equipments of the underperforming Manufacturing Segment. Moving Forward, The Group will continue the measures that they have taken to stay competitive and efficient in order to cut down any unnecessary costs or wastages and the group are committed to deliver a satisfactory performance to all their stakeholders in the coming financial year.
