BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s profit before tax had increased by 23.36% for FYE 2022 of RM83.65 million as compared to the FYE 2021 of RM67.81 million. The higher profit before tax for FYE 2022 was mainly due to higher contribution from the IPTT operations segment, bus operations segment and petrol station operations segment during the FYE 2022. Going Forward, the Group will be actively exploring to secure new terminal management contracts from third party terminals in Malaysia. Also, the Group has inked a deal with edotco Malaysia Sdn Bhd’s fellow subsidiaries to provide construction and engineering services for the building of telecommunication towers.This is also in line with the Group’s strategy to pursue new opportunities to increase its revenue stream, and to diversify its earnings base and reduce dependency on its existing business.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue of RM42.53 million and profit before tax of RM20.50 million for the current quarter were lower as compared to the immediate preceding quarter’s revenue of RM45.61 million and profit before tax of RM23.45 million. The decrease in revenue and profit before tax was mainly due to lower project facilitation fee recorded in the current quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue of RM45.61 million and profit before tax of RM23.45 million for the current quarter were higher as compared to the immediate preceding quarter’s revenue of RM42.13 million and profit before tax of RM20.17 million. The increase in revenue and profit before tax was mainly due to higher recognition of project facilitation fee in the current quarter.

The Group’s revenue of RM42.13 million and profit before tax of RM20.17 million for the current quarter were higher as compared to the immediate preceding quarter’s revenue of RM40.66 million and profit before tax of RM19.53 million. The increase in revenue and profit before tax was mainly due to contribution of rental income from leasing some commercial area at Terminal Meru Raya and Kampar Putra Sentral to logistic tenants in the current quarter.

The Group’s revenue of RM40.66 million and profit before tax of RM19.53 million for the current quarter was higher as compared to the immediate preceding quarter’s revenue of RM32.94 million and profit before tax of RM13.49 million. The increase in revenue and profit before tax was mainly due to contribution from project facilitation fee being recorded in the current quarter.

The Group’s revenue of RM32.94 million and profit before tax of RM13.49 million for the current quarter was lower as compared to the immediate preceding quarter’s revenue of RM35.23 million and profit before tax of RM18.39 million. The decrease in revenue and profit before tax was mainly due to no project facilitation fee recorded in the current quarter.

The slight increase in revenue and profit before tax were mainly attributable to contribution from terminal management services and higher fuel price recorded in the current quarter under review
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue of RM35.02 million and profit before tax of RM15.88 million for the current quarter was higher as compared to the immediate preceding quarter’s revenue of RM19.39 million and profit before tax of RM6.24 million. The increase in revenue and profit before tax were mainly attributable to rental from leasing of A&P spaces at Kampar Putra Sentral which commenced in September 2020, higher recognition of project facilitation fee, stronger revenue from bus operations and better sales volume from petrol station operations in the current quarter under review.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue of RM19.39 million and profit before tax of RM6.24 million for the current quarter was lower as compared to the immediate preceding quarter’s revenue of RM29.73 million and profit before tax of RM9.26 million. The decrease in revenue and profit before tax were mainly attributable to the MCO which lead to lower project facilitation fee recorded, lower revenue from bus operations and lower sales volume and fuel price in the current quarter under review.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue of RM29.73 million for the current quarter was lower as compared to the preceding quarter of RM32.76 million while the profit before tax are consistent for both periods. The decrease in revenue was mainly attributable to the lower revenue recorded from bus fares and lower sales volume and fuel price.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 1.48 million. It was fair compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 12 million and auditor’s remuneration of 132 thousands
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue of RM32.76 million for the current quarter was higher as compared to preceding quarter of RM32.41 million while the PBT of RM9.24 million for the current quarter was lower as compared to preceding quarter PBT of RM12.03 million. The revenue is consistent for both periods. The decrease in PBT was mainly attributable to the higher professional fees incurred for the first issuance of RM300 million under the Sukuk Murabahah Programme.
