BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s Profit before taxation in respect of FYE 2022 improved from RM31.2 million to RM47.1 million, representing an increase of 50.71% or RM15.9 million as compared to FYE 2021. The improvement in profit before taxation was in line with increase in the Group’s revenue. In addition, the Group also benefited from fair value adjustments on the investment properties and unrealised gain arising from translation in foreign currencies. Moving Forward,the Group will continue to focus on its core business and is committed to improve its competitiveness by implementing various strategies such as enhancement in production efficiency, automation of production processes and procurement optimisation. The Group will continuously tap into new opportunities available in the market and broaden its product range to stay relevant with our customers’ demand.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
For the quarter under review, the Group recorded a revenue of RM51.592mil and a profit before tax of RM12.598mil as compared to revenue of RM40.276mil and profit before tax of RM5.052mil in the immediate preceeding quarter. The reasons for improvement in performance is due to slightly increase in performance for both manufacturing and hotel divisions
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 5.22 million. It was high compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 45 million and auditor’s remuneration of 147 thousands
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a revenue of RM45.362mil and a profit before tax of RM3.113mil for the current quarter as compared to revenue of RM53.673mil and profit before tax of RM6.044mil in the preceeding quarter. The reasons for slower in performance was due to slow in market demand and high operating costs following to MCO.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
For the current quarter, the Group recorded a revenue of RM53.673mil and a profit before tax of RM6.211mil as compared to revenue of RM52.584mil and profit before tax of RM10.735mil in preceeding quarter. The decrease is mainly due to slow in market demand and increase in operational costs.
