BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a LBT of RM1.49 million for the current quarter as compared to LBT of RM14.17 million in the immediate preceding quarter ended 31 December 2021. After stripping out the one off RM16.00 million impairment of goodwill and recognition of profit guarantee in the preceding quarter, the Group recorded a LBT of RM0.08 million.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a LBT of RM14.15 million for the current quarter as compared to LBT of RM1.17 million in the immediate preceding quarter ended 30 September 2021 due to the RM16.00 million impairment of goodwill. Stripping out the impairment and profit guarantee in the current quarter, the Group recorded a marginal LBT at RM0.07 million.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a LBT of RM1.15 million for the current quarter as compared to PBT of RM1.03 million in the immediate preceding quarter ended 30 June 2021. Stripping out the insurance claims amount of RM2.97 million in the preceding quarter, Q2 recorded LBIT amounting to RM1.94 million.

The Group recorded a PBT of RM1.02 million for the current quarter as compared to LBT of RM4.08 million in the immediate preceding quarter ended 31 March 2021. The PBT was due to insurance claims received amounting to RM2.97 million

The Group recorded a higher LBT of RM4.08 million for the current quarter as compared to LBT of RM0.61 million in the immediate preceding quarter ended 31 December 2020. The higher LBT was due to overall decrease in revenue and also the one-off cost of RM 2.12 million incurred for the repairing and rectification work in the Mall.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a lower LBT of RM0.61 million for the current quarter as compared to LBT of RM2.45 million in the immediate preceding quarter ended 30 September 2020. The lower LBT was due to higher profit contribution from the PMC segment which amounted to RM1.61 million.

Pegasus Heights Bhd plans to raise up to RM80.31 million through a private placement of up to 2.92 billion shares or 20% of its total issued share.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded LBT of RM2.45 million for the current quarter as compared to LBT of RM0.81 million in the immediate preceding quarter ended 30 June 2020. The higher LBT was due to the provision of stock written down which amounted to RM 1.13 million from the property management segment and also the lower contribution from trading.
The Star –
Shares in Pegasus Heights Bhd surged 50% amid active trading in early trade Monday. The real estate company jumped 50%, or one sen to three sen with over 240 million shares done, making it the second most heavily traded counter on Bursa Malaysia. Pegasus-WB rose 33.33%, or 0.5 sen to two sen with 115 million shares done. The company has not made any corporate announcements recently. In the second quarter ended June 30, Pegasus’ net loss widened to RM807,000 against RM749,000 in the same period last year. Its revenue, however, jumped to RM24.4mil from RM2.67mil previously.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded an increase of 103.2% in revenue to RM24.42 million for the current quarter compared to immediate preceding quarter. The Group recorded LBT of RM0.81 million for the current quarter as compared to LBT of RM2.75 million in the immediate preceding quarter. The lower LBT was due to the increase in revenue and contribution from CHINPAKLOONG Architect.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded an increase of 58.7% in revenue to RM12.01 million for the current quarter compared to RM7.57 million in the immediate preceding quarter ended 31 December 2019. The Group recorded higher revenue for the current quarter predominantly due to higher contribution from the trading business which increased 45-fold to RM8.50 million and the contribution from property management which increased 16.5% to RM1.63 million.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 4.05 million. It was high compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 6.2 million and auditor’s remuneration of 128 thousands
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a revenue of RM7.57 million and LBT of RM3.54 million for current quarter compared to revenue of RM2.60 million and LBT of RM8.12 million in the preceding quarter ended 30 September 2019. The lower LBT was caused by the SIS granted by the Company in last quarter which amounted to RM4.74 million. Stripping out the SIS charge, LBT was higher at RM3.54 million. The higher LBT was mainly due to the repair and maintenance, refurbishment and marketing cost.
