BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group revenue of RM110.4 million was lower by RM23 million or 17.3% compared to immediate preceding quarter of RM133.4 million. This is mainly due to lower vessel utilisation, coupled with lower activities executed in the existing contract during the quarter partially offset by increase in revenue from non-routine scope from TSA extension. As a result, the Group recorded profit before taxation of RM2.4 million as compared to RM24.3 million in Q3 2022.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group revenue of RM133.4 million was higher by 60.6% compared to immediate preceding quarter. This is mainly due to increase in client’s activities executed for existing contract and higher vessel utilisations. As a result, the Group recorded profit before taxation of RM24.3 million as compared to RM2.9 million in Q2 2022.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group revenue of RM83.1 million was higher by 89.7% compared to immediate preceding quarter. This is mainly due to increase in client’s activities executed for HuC/TMM contract. As a result, the Group recorded profit before taxation of RM2.9 million as compared to loss before taxation of RM19.6 million in Q1 2022.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group revenue of RM43.8 million was lower by 43.4% compared to immediate preceding quarter. This is mainly due to decrease in client’s activities executed for HuC/TMM contract. The Group recorded loss before taxation of RM19.6 million as compared to profit before taxation of RM12.4 million in Q4 2021, in line with the decrease in activities occurred during Q1 2022.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded higher profit before taxation of RM16.0 million (excluding write-back of impairment on trade and other receivable of RM0.9 million and impairment loss on property, plant and equipment of RM4.5 million) as compared to RM9.9 million in Q3 2021 mainly due to improved efficiency in project execution.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded profit before taxation of RM4.1 million as compared to loss before taxation of RM3.9mil in Q1 2021 due to positive contribution from marine segment in view of higher vessel utilization during the quarter.

The oil and gas (O&G) industry, that has been in the doldrums due to the supply glut and plunging energy prices caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, is likely to end the year on a high note. A turnaround is taking pace which saw the Brent crude oil hitting its highest level since March at US$48.80 per barrel on hopes of an effective vaccine that could pave the way for the travel and energy industries to recover. Oil-related stocks hogged the Bursa Malaysia top gainers list yesterday following a refreshed outlook on the industry. Petra Energy Bhd surged 10.75% to RM1.03.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group revenue of RM146.5 million was 107.8% higher than the immediate preceding quarter. This is mainly due to higher activities performed in the Group’s existing services contract and the improved project execution efficiency and cost management. In addition, there was a contribution from a new Technical Service Agreement under its development and production segment in Q3 2020.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group revenue of RM70.5 million was 2.5% lower than the immediate preceding quarter. This is mainly due to deferment in client’s activities executed for HuC/TMM contract in view of the global Covid-19 pandemic and decline in oil price throughout the quarter.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 4.3 million. It was fair compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 151.9 million and auditor’s remuneration of 391 thousands
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group revenue of RM72.4 million was lower by 36.9% compared to preceding quarter. This is mainly due to deferment in client’s activities executed for HuC/TMM contracts, revision of activities budget by client, coupled with delay in mobilisation of the Group’s marine assets in view of the global Covid-19 pandemic and decline in oil price. As a result, the Group recorded loss before taxation of RM20.7 million as compared to profit before taxation of RM22.2 million in Q4 2019, in line with the decrease in activities occurred during Q1 2020.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group revenue of RM124.4 million was 43% lower than the preceding quarter, as a result of lower activities executed for existing services contracts. The Group recorded profit before taxation of RM22.2 million as compared to profit before taxation of RM25.0 million in Q3 2019.
