BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group reported higher revenue of RM242.4 million and a PAT of RM55.03 million for the financial year ended 30 June 2024 (FY2024). This represents a 10% and 55% increase compared to the financial year ended 30 June 2023 (FY2023), respectively. The improvement in PAT was mainly attributable to better production cost efficiency achieved in the Automotive segment. Going forward, We will continue our efforts to expand and diversify into new markets across our four key pillars, namely, OEM, REM, Aviation, and Emerging Ventures. The Group is committed to investing and operating with a five to ten-year time horizon, prioritizing sustained long-term returns over immediate financial gains. On the operational front, we will maintain our focus on organisational and manufacturing excellence.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Despite the increase in revenue, the profit after taxation in the current quarter improved marginally by 1% to RM8.35 million as compared to the immediate preceding quarter of RM8.25 million, primarily attributable to the increase of minimum labour wage to RM1,500 per month and labour shortages which the company have to opt for more costly sub-contract labour to cope with the increased volume
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The profit before taxation in the current quarter improved by 14% to RM11.16 million, primarily attributable to increase in sales volume for car seat cover for various models.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The profit before taxation in the current quarter improved by 28% to RM9.81 million, primarily attributable to increase in sales volume and better cost efficiency for production for car seat cover due to economy of scale.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The profit before taxation in the current quarter improved by 1,063% to RM7.66 million, primarily attributable to much-improved sales volume as compared to RM0.66 million in the immediate preceding quarter, due to nationwide lockdown, FMCO 3.0 enforced by the Government from 1 June 2021 to the middle of August 2021.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a lower revenue and profit before taxation of RM29.64 million (30%) and RM1.74 million (82%) respectively in comparison to the preceding quarter due to nationwide lockdown commencing 1 June 2021.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a higher revenue performance with 7.7% increase, while profit before taxation recorded an increase of 25.99%. The increase in revenue contributed by the healthcare business with 21.49% increase, from manufacturing of facemask.
The Edge –
Pecca Group’s share price hit an all-time high of RM3.66 yesterday, more than double the RM1.55 seen at end-December last year as investors bet the company, which manufactures leather upholstery for car seats, will enjoy a positive spillover effects from the tax holiday granted for the purchase of vehicles.

In Financial Year End 2020, the directors’ remuneration was 1.89 million. It was fair compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 24 million and auditor’s remuneration of 155 thousands
BURSA MALAYSIA –
In comparison to the preceding quarter’s revenue ended 31 March 2020, the Group recorded a drop of 34.57% in revenue and a decrease of 172.35% in profit before taxation, largely due to temporary closure of operations following the movement control order imposed by the government from 18 March 2020 and our operations commenced from 11 May 2020.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a revenue with 26.05% decrease, while profit before taxation recorded a decrease of 85.60%. OEM revenue decrease by 21.25% with the slowdown in sales of certain models. REM revenue were lower by 13.06% due to decrease in revenue orders from Asia particularly Singapore due to the Certificate of Entitlement restriction. PDI revenue decrease by 28.70% due to slow down in production. Leather cut pieces revenue decrease by 63.40% due to the impact of Covid?19.

In comparison to preceding quarter, the Group recorded a revenue with 10.12% decrease, while profit before taxation recorded an decrease of 8.95%. OEM revenue decrease by 3.33% with the slowdown in sales of certain models. REM revenue were lower by 36.16% due to decrease in revenue orders from Asia particularly Singapore due to the Certificate of Entitlement restriction. PDI revenue decrease by 14.22% due to slight slow down in production. Leather cut pieces revenue increase 73.06% due to new project obtained from China.

In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 1.81 million. It was fair compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 22.7 million and auditor’s remuneration of 155 thousands
