BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue increased from RM21.73 million in the financial year 2022 to RM36.42 million in the financial year 2023, mainly attributable to higher revenue generated by the property development division. Correspondingly, the Group reported a commendable net profit of RM7.33 million for the year 2023. The Group’s focus for the year 2024 is to sell both its completed inventories and on-going developments at Balok Perdana 3C2 and Bandar Putra 6A9.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group reported profit before tax from continuing operations of RM1.93 million for the FYE 2022 as compared to Loss Before Tax of RM1.06 million in FYE2021. Moving Forward, The Group plans to launch the development of some 231 residential units of various types with estimated gross development values totalling RM86.0 million at the Group’s existing townships at Balok Perdana, Bandar Putra and Chendor Utama in 2023. The sales strategies for the projects, once underway, will be discussed and reviewed with the marketing team. Also, The Group will continue to intensify efforts to secure tenants for our vacant office units at Menara Zenith and Menara Teruntum. Among the strategies applied is to approach multi national corporations (MNC) and Government agencies to set-up their regional offices there, which will provide secured long-term rental and reduce tenant turnover risk.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The loss before tax was mainly attributable to quit rent and assessment and other expenses related to a certain development project in planning in Bandar Putra, Kuantan.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Profit before tax in 1Q 2022 was RM284 thousand, compared to RM3.23 million in 4Q 2021. The profit in 4Q 2021 was mainly attributable to forfeiture of deposit of RM4 million and bad debt recovered of RM0.89 million.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s property development segment achieved revenue of RM9.78 million in 4Q 2021, an increase of 56% compared to RM6.25 million in 3Q 2021. The increase on revenue was due to sales that picked up during 4Q 2021 following the upliftment of MCO 3.0 from 11 October 2021. Consequently, profit before tax in 4Q 2021 was RM3.23 million, compared to RM0.89 million in 3Q 2021.

The loss for 1Q 2021 was due to striking off of a subsidiary whilst the profit for 4Q 2020 was mainly attributable to the gain on disposal of group of companies in manufacturing segment amounting to RM73.59 million.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The property segment recorded revenue was RM18.35 million as compared to RM15.33 million in the immediate preceding quarter. The agents’ sales activities after the MCO and recovery phase in 3Q 2020 and 4Q 2020 recorded units of properties sold of 50 units and 35 units respectively. However, higher revenue was reported for 4Q 2020 as it is inclusive of proceeds of RM5.98 million for land in Maran surrendered to the Federal Government to allow for East Coast Railway Line. The profit attributable to the ordinary equity holders of the parent was mainly attributable to the gain on disposal of group of companies in manufacturing segment amounting to RM73.59 million.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2020, the directors’ remuneration was 0.94 million. It was slightly low compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 7.3 million and auditor’s remuneration of 228 thousands
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s property segment registered revenue of RM11.28 miliion for the current period compared with RM13.86 million for the corresponding period last year, lower by 11% mainly due to MCO financial impact stemming from temporary halted operations. This segment had registered operating profit of RM1.67 million during the period compared to profit of RM0.24 million for the same period last year. Higher results were due to reduced overhead starting when voluntary separation scheme to employees effected.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The current period continuing operations net loss was RM0.92 million compared to RM3.64 million registered for the same corresponding period last year. The Group had reduced its staff overhead by approximately RM0.44 million during the current period after the recent staff voluntary separation scheme and no impairment losses and major legal fees were incurred during the current period.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The property segment recorded revenue was RM9.07 million for current quarter as compared to RM6.71 million in the preceding quarter, a result of increasing promotional activities and commision scheme. There had been impairment losses in properties segment for trade receivables, investment properties and inventories. There had also been provision for employees separaration scheme. As a result, loss attributable to owners of the group for the current quarter was loss RM14.88 million as compared to RM19.159 million in preceding quarter.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 2.33 million. It was fair compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 10 million and auditor’s remuneration of 230 thousands
