BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a Loss Before Tax of RM1.50 million for the current year under review as compared to a LBT of RM7.65 million in the previous financial year. Restaurant operation registered an increase in revenue of 149% for the financial year ended 31 March 2023 to RM41.5 million from preceding year revenue of RM16.7 million. This is mainly due to revenue growth of same store outlets and the addition of two new outlets. The Group remain focused in upgrading its restaurant
outlets and pursue its expansion plan to grow the business of the Group beyond its existing dimension, which is in line with the Group’s aspirations
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Revenue of the Group increased by 51% to RM18.6 million for the current quarter under review as compared to RM12.4 million recorded in the immediate preceding quarter ended 30 June 2022 mainly due to higher sales volumes achieved. Manufacturing segment recorded revenue of RM10.5 million for the quarter ended 30 September 2022 compared to the immediate preceding quarter due to local market sales of mooncakes.
Manufacturing segment recorded a profit before tax of RM3.2 million for the quarter ended 30 September 2022 due to the higher revenue.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group has recorded a profit before tax of RM93,000 in the current quarter as compared to the immediate preceding quarter of a loss before tax of RM4.60 million for the period ended 31 March 2022. The restaurant
division profit before tax had improved from a loss before tax of RM2.46 million to RM0.59 million in
the current quarter under review due to the recognition of interest expense and lease liabilities in the
immediate preceding quarter amounting to approximately RM1.85 million.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s bottom line turned from PBT RM2.05 million for quarter ended 30 September 2020 to LBT RM3.08 million in the quarter ended 31 December 2021. In current quarter, the manufacturing segment recorded negative revenue due to the mooncake season cycle which affecting the manufacturing segment performance.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded revenue of RM4.95 million for the quarter ended 30 June 2021, representing an increase of RM0.77 million as compared to RM4.18 million in the quarter ended 31 March 2021. The Group losses decreased by RM3.18 million as compared to immediate preceding quarter due to staff reward provision of RM2 million recorded in the previous quarter.

The Group recorded revenue of RM4.17 million for the quarter ended 31 March 2021, representing a decrease of RM1.08 million as compared to RM3.09 million in the quarter ended 31 December 2020. The Group losses increased by RM1.87 million as compared to immediate preceding quarter due to staff reward provision of RM2 million recorded in the current quarter.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2020, the directors’ remuneration was 2.38 million. It was fair compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 19.5 million and auditor’s remuneration of 230 thousands
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded revenue of RM2.07 million for the current quarter, representing a decrease of 80.2% as compared to RM10.44 million in the quarter ended 31 March 2020. The Group recorded LBT of RM2.22 million for the current quarter compared to LBT of RM5.03 million in the preceding quarter. The decrease in LBT was mainly due to the impairment made towards property, plant and equipment in restaurant and other segment amounting to RM3.87 million.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The restaurant segment posted a decrease of RM148,000 in revenue compared to previous quarter. The LBT was increased by RM4.96 million as compared to previous quarter. The increase was mainly due to impairment made towards property, plant and equipment amounting to RM3.75 million in current quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded revenue of RM10.47 million for the quarter ended 31 December 2019, representing a decrease of 47.2% as compared to RM19.83 million in previous quarter. The significant decrease was due to mid-autumn season cycle that fall in previous quarter. The Group recorded LBT of RM1.03 million for current qurater, from PAT of RM2.72 million in preceding quarter. The decrease in PBT was mainly due to selling of moon cakes in previous quarter.
