BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue for the quarter under review was RM26.819 million, an increase of 34.9% compared to RM19.888 million in the preceding quarter. The higher revenue recorded in the current quarter was mainly contributed by higher hardware sales from cash recycling machines (“CRM”) and continuous demand from maintenance services on CRMs. The Group posted a lower profit before tax of RM4.15 million for the current quarter as compared to RM4.339 million in the preceding quarter. The lower profit is attributed to lower gross profit margin arising from higher cost of goods and spare parts due to the impact of supply chain constraints.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue for the quarter under review was RM19.888 million, an increase of 9.0% compared to RM18.241 million in the immediate preceding quarter. The improvement in revenue was largely contributed by higher hardware sales from cash recycling machines (“CRM”). As a result, the Group posted a higher profit before tax of RM4.339 million for current quarter as compared to RM4.05 million in the immediate preceding quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a higher revenue of RM18.241 million, an increase of 5.2% as compared to RM17.342 million in the preceding quarter. This was mainly due to higher revenue from software solutions and services segment, in particular, maintenance services on CRMs, software customisation and system enhancement projects for banking customers. As a result, the Group posted a higher profit before tax of RM4.05 million for current quarter as compared to RM3.331 million in the preceding quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The lower revenue of RM17.342 million for the current quarter ended 31 March 2022 as compared to RM18.042 million in the preceding quarter was due to stronger recovery of CRM hardware sales in 4Q2021 and lower progressive revenue recorded from software solution services in 1Q2022. As a result, the Group posted a lower profit before tax of RM3.331 million for current quarter as compared to RM4.574 million in the preceding quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The higher revenue of RM18.042 million for the current quarter ended 31 December 2021 as compared to RM14.843 million in the preceding quarter was due to higher sales contribution from the roll out of cash recycling machines. As a result, the Group posted a higher profit before tax of RM4.574 million for current quarter as compared to RM4.147 million in the preceding quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The higher revenue of RM14.843 million for the current quarter ended 30 September 2021 as compared to RM14.672 million in the preceding quarter was mainly due to higher growth in solutions and services segment. As a result, the Group posted a higher profit before tax (“PBT”) of RM4.147 million for current quarter as compared to RM3.729 million in the preceding quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The higher revenue of RM14.672 million for the current quarter ended 30 June 2021 as compared to RM13.957 million in the preceding quarter was mainly due to higher growth in solutions and services segment. As a result, the Group posted a higher profit before tax (“PBT”) of RM3.729 million for current quarter as compared to RM2.623 million in the preceding quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The lower revenue of RM13.957 million for the current quarter ended 31 March 2021 as compared to RM21.233 million in the preceding quarter was mainly due to lower sales of cash recycling machines (CRM). As a result, the Group posted a lower PBT of RM2.623 million for current quarter as compared to RM5.054 million in the preceding quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The higher revenue of RM23.89 million for the current quarter ended 30 September 2020 as compared to RM20.058 million in the preceding quarter was mainly attributed to higher sales contribution from the roll out of the Cash Recycling Machine (‘CRM’) and services segment. Correspondingly, the Group posted a higher profit before tax of RM4.223 million for current quarter as compared to the profit before tax of RM3.543 million in the immediate preceding quarter.

Opensys (M) Bhd aims to register 10 service providers, banking and insurance partners for its online solar energy platform, buySolar, by December 2020. OpenSys Technologies Sdn Bhd chief operating officer Luke Sebastian said expanding the industry player base further simplified the process for consumers, as it promoted choice and customisation to adopt solar solutions and financing options that enabled every user to harness solar energy. He said OpenSys’ target for buySolar is to be a leading end-to-end marketplace for solar installation services, from online application and procurement and financing to online monitoring
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The higher revenue of RM20.058 million for the current quarter ended 30 June 2020 as compared to RM17.229 million for the preceding quarter ended 31 March 2020 was mainly attributed to higher revenue from the roll-out of the Cash Recycling Machine (“CRM”) and Windows 10 platform upgrade.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 2.38 million. It was very high compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 3.8 million and auditor’s remuneration of 39 thousands
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The lower revenue of RM17.229 million for the current quarter ended 31 March 2020 as compared to RM40.158 million for the preceding quarter ended 31 December 2019 was mainly attributed to lower revenue from the roll-out of the Cash Recycling Machine (CRM) and Windows 10 platform upgrade. As a result, the Group posted a lower profit before tax of RM2.366 million for current quarter as compared to the profit before tax of RM7.014 million in the preceding quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The higher revenue of RM40.16 million for the current quarter ended 31 December 2019 as compared to RM21.41 million for the preceding quarter is driven by higher revenue from the roll-out of the Cash Recycling Machine and Windows 10 platform upgrade. As a result, the Group posted a higher profit before tax of RM7.01 million for current quarter as compared to the profit before tax of RM2.95 million in preceding quarter.
