BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s profit after tax is higher at RM19.13 million as compared to RM18.16 million in the previous financial year. The increase was due to higher sales from both local and export markets in the snack food and confectioneries segment. The sustainability of revenue growth is promising as the Group has a solid business foundation in this industry. The Group will continuously strive to pursue higher productivity and lower operation costs by improving efficiency through capital investment.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The increase in revenue for the current quarter as compared to the preceding quarter was contributed by the increase in local sales. The lower profit before tax for the current quarter by 0.45% is mainly due to the foreign exchange losses
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The increase in revenue for the current quarter as compared to the preceding quarter was contributed by the increase in export sales. The higher profit before tax for the current quarter by 25.03% is due to the higher gross profit margin.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The increase in revenue for the current quarter as compared to the preceding quarter was contributed by the increased in export sales. The higher profit before tax by 4.81% for the current quarter is due to the higher revenue, other operating income and lower operational costs.

The decrease in revenue for the current quarter as compared to the preceding quarter was contributed by the dropped in local sales. The lower profit before tax by 52.11% for the current quarter is due to the lower revenue and higher operational costs

The group’s recorded decrease in revenue to RM60.2 million for the current quarter as compared to the preceding quarter of RM70.8 million was caused by lower export and local sales. The lower profit before tax of RM1.62 million for the current quarter is due to the lower sales, gross profit margin and higher operating costs.

The decrease in revenue for the current quarter as compared to the preceding quarter was caused by lower export sales. The higher profit before tax for the current quarter by 27.42% is due to the higher gross profit margin and lower operating costs.

The decrease in revenue by 3.64% for the current quarter as compared to the preceding quarter was contributed by the decrease in export sales. The lower profit before tax by 33.87% for the current quarter is contributed by the lower revenue, higher operation costs and forex loss.

The increase in revenue by 27.08% for the current quarter as compared to the preceding quarter was contributed by the increase in both local and export sales.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2020, the directors’ remuneration was 4.27 million. It was high compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 38.7 million and auditor’s remuneration of 113 thousands

The decrease in revenue for the current quarter by 25.21% as compared to the preceding quarter was contributed by the decrease in both local and export sales.

The Group recorded a revenue of RM77.46 million and PBT of RM4.91 million in the current quarter, as compared to a revenue of RM68.08 million and PBT of RM2.92 million in preceding quarter. The increase in revenue was contributed by the increase in both local and export sales. The higher profit before tax is mainly contributed by the higher revenue.
