BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s profit before tax in FY2022 declined to RM6.0 million, down from RM17.9 million in FY2021 when the Group benefited from gains from the disposal of assets and reversal of impairment loss. The lower profit before tax in FY2022 was attributed to higher construction costs as well as expected credit limit (“ECL”) impairment in the property development and construction segments. Going forward, The Group will continue to build on the property development sector’s success with new phases of the Selindung Ulu Yam township being considered in addition to plans to develop a high-rise serviced apartment building in Lorong Haji Hussein in central Kuala Lumpur. The Group’s success in executing various property development projects for notable developers will certainly help the Group in the tendering and bidding process.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group registered a lower revenue of RM41.4 million for the current financial quarter as compared to RM66.9 million in the preceding quarter. The Group recorded a loss before tax of RM3.1 million in the current quarter as compared to a profit before tax of RM4.2 million in the preceding quarter. The loss before tax for the current quarter was mainly due to increase in project construction costs and additional provision of impairment for the property segment.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group registered a lower revenue of RM66.9 million for the current financial quarter as compared to RM70.7 million in the preceding quarter. The Group recorded a profit before tax of RM4.2 million in the current quarter as compared to a profit before tax of RM9.0 million in the preceding quarter. The lower profit before tax as compare to the preceding quarter was mainly due to lower construction margin and lower profit from property development segment.

The Group recorded a profit before tax of RM9.0 million in the current quarter as compared to a loss before tax of RM4.2 million in the preceding quarter. The loss before tax in the preceding quarter was mainly due to increase in project construction costs and the adoption of accounting policy under MFRS123 where borrowing costs for development projects were expensed off when incurred.

The loss was mainly due to increase in project construction costs and the adoption of accounting policy under MFRS123 where borrowing costs for development projects was expensed off to profit or loss when incurred.

The higher profit before tax for the preceeding quarter was mainly attributable to higher revenue from the Group’s property development segment and the receipt of facilitation fund in respect of a government affordable home projects as well as reversal of impairment loss following the collection of long overdue trade receivables

The Group recorded a higher profit before tax of RM9.10 million as compared to a profit before tax of RM6.45 million in the preceding quarter. The lower profit before tax registered in the preceeding quarter was mainly due to the loss registered by the construction segment.

The Group registered a slightly lower revenue of RM55.67 million for the current financial quarter as compared to RM55.99 million in the preceding quarter. The Group recorded a higher profit before tax of RM6.45 million as compared to a profit before tax of RM2.57 million in the preceding quarter. The higher profit before tax registered in the current quarter was mainly due to the commencement of Selindung Project at Ulu Yam, Selangor.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group registered a higher revenue of RM56 million for the current financial quarter as compared to RM40.09 million in the preceding quarter. The Group recorded a higher profit before tax of RM2.57 million as compared to a profit before tax of RM1.64 million in the preceding quarter. The higher profit before tax registered in the current quarter was due to gradual resumption of construction activities after MCO.

The Group registered a lower revenue of RM40.09 million for the current financial quarter as compared to RM55.14 million in the preceding quarter. The Group’s profit before tax decreased to RM1.64 million as compared to RM5.54 million in the preceding quarter. The lower profit before tax registered in the current quarter was due to lower revenue recorded from construction and property development projects following the declaration of MCO by the Government of Malaysia.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2018, the directors’ remuneration was 2.54 million. It was slightly high compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 17.5 million and auditor’s remuneration of 124 thousands

The Group registered a lower revenue of RM55.14 million for the current financial quarter as compared to RM74.26 million in the preceding quarter. The Group’s profit before tax decreased slightly to RM5.54 million as compared to RM6.08 million in the preceding quarter. The lower profit before tax registered in the current quarter was due to lower construction revenue recorded from construction projects following the declaration of MCO by the Government of Malaysia.
