BURSA MALAYSIA –
The group reports a Loss after Tax of RM10.6 million in FY2022 as compared to RM0.65 million a year ago. The increase in the Loss after tax was mainly due the decrease in Fintech services revenue and increase of the provision of impairment. Moving Forward, Groups aim to create value for their shareholders by maintaining the performance of their current business and pursuing necessary growth opportunities, which may include growing theirr product segment with solutions that complement their existing operations or provide additional value. The Group will continue to move beyond sustainability towards further growth.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded Loss After Tax of RM2.339 million during the current quarter compared to Loss After Tax of RM2.843 million compared to immediate preceding quarter, a decrease of RM0.504million, due to higher gross profit generated from increment in Fintech service revenue.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded Loss After Tax of RM2.843 million during the current quarter compared to Loss After Tax of RM1.844 million compared to immediate preceding quarter, an increase of RM0.999million. The increase was mainly due to higher direct cost and administrative and general expenses.

The Group recorded Loss After Tax of RM1.844 million during the current quarter compared to Profit After Tax of RM1.049 million compared to immediate preceding quarter, a decrease of RM2.893million. The decrease was mainly due to the increase in administration and general expenses.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded Profit After Tax of RM1.049 million during the current quarter compared to Profit After Tax of RM0.056 million compared to immediate preceding quarter, an improvement of RM0.993 million. The improvement of the profit after tax for the current quarter to RM1.049 million was mainly due to decrease in operational expenses and the increase in non-payment service revenue.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The group recorded revenue of RM3.817 million in the current quarter ended 30 September 2021 compared with the revenue of RM3.079 million in the immediate preceding quarter representing an increase of RM0.738 million in the current quarter. The increase was due to the increase in non payment services revenue, especially the successful roll out of white-label e-wallet project during the current quarter.

The Group recorded Loss Before Tax of RM1.881 million during the current quarter compared to Profit Before Tax of RM2.032 million compared to immediate preceding quarter.The Loss after Tax of RM1.881 million was mainly due to both Direct Cost and Administrative and General Expenses are high.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded Profit Before Tax of RM2.032 million during the current quarter compared to Loss Before Tax of RM25.708 million compared to immediate preceding quarter. The Profit after tax of RM2.032 million was mainly due to the reversal of impairment provision for debtor of RM3.227 million and reduction in direct cost of approximately RM1 million.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
MPay and its subsidiaries recorded revenue of RM2.049 million in the quarter ended 31 December 2020 compared with the revenue of RM4.499 million in the immediate preceding quarter representing an decrease of RM2.450 million in the current quarter. The decrease was due to the decrease in non-payment revenue resulted from the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. The Group recorded Loss Before Tax of RM25.708 million during the current quarter compared to Profit Before Tax of RM1.180 million compared to immediate preceding quarter
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded Profit Before Tax of RM1.180 million during the current quarter compared to Loss Before Tax of RM6.208 million compared to immediate preceding quarter. The increase is mainly derived from the payment segment due to increase in digital payment acceptance at merchant such as e-Wallet and payment cards during Covid-19 pandemic.
The Star –
Managepay Resources Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned unit of ManagePay Systems Bhd (MPay), will finance a large-scale solar photovoltaic (PV) plant with a 9.99MW capacity in Manjung, Perak. Minetech Resources Bhd’s 70%-owned subsidiary Coral Power Sdn Bhd bagged the contract to build the LSS2 plant for a period of 21 years in 2018.

The Group recorded revenue of RM3.424 million for the current quarter as compared to RM3.051 million in the preceding quarter. The increase is mainly derived from the payment segment. The Group recorded Loss Before Tax of RM6.208 million during the current quarter compared to Loss Before Tax of RM5.234 million compared to preceding quarter. The loss was mainly due to additional impairment provision of debtors during the quarter of approximate RM2.5million derive from non-payment segment.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded Loss Before Tax of RM5.234 million during the current quarter compared to Loss Before Tax of RM0.457 million compared to immediate preceding quarter. The loss after tax of RM5,234 million was mainly due to impairment provision of debtors during the quarter of approximate RM2.5million.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 1 million. It was slightly low compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 5.9 million and auditor’s remuneration of 290 thousands
