BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s profit before tax increased by RM13.54 million (136.0%) from RM9.96 million to RM23.50 million in FYE 2023. The increase in both revenue & PBT were mainly derived from the one-off land sales transaction located at Pulau Melaka. Aligns with the country’s ongoing efforts to address housing affordability challenges and cater to the needs of low-and middle-income households, the Group is now focusing more on affordable housing projects.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue in the current quarter has increased slightly by RM3.55 million (4.6%) to RM80.33 million from the preceding quarter’s revenue of RM76.79 million. Correspondingly, the Group’s profit before tax has increased by RM3.11 million (197.8%) from RM1.57 million to RM4.68 million in the current quarter. The current quarter profit was mainly derived from Construction division.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue in the current quarter has decreased slightly by RM0.29 million (0.4%) to RM76.79 million from the preceding quarter’s revenue of RM77.08 million. Nevertheless, the Group has reported a profit before tax of RM1.57 million, as compared to a loss before tax of RM0.54 million in the preceding quarter. The current quarter profit was mainly derived from Property division.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group has reported a loss before tax of RM0.54 million, as compared to a loss before tax of RM12.91 million in the preceding quarter. The loss incurred in the previous quarter was mainly attributable to impairment provision on trade receivables of RM11.23 million.

The Group has reported a loss before tax of RM12.90 million, as compared to a profit before tax of RM0.06 million in the preceding quarter. The decrease in profit in the fourth quarter was mainly attributable to impairment provision on trade receivables of RM11.23 million and higher project operating cost in Construction division.

The Group’s revenue in the current quarter has inreased by RM22.30 million (36.4%) to RM83.55 million from the preceding quarter’s revenue of RM61.25 million. Nevertheless, the Group has reported a loss before tax of RM12.90 million, as compared to a profit before tax of RM0.06 million in the preceding quarter. The decrease in profit in the fourth quarter was mainly attributable to impairment provision on trade receivables of RM11.23 million and higher project operating cost in Construction division

The Group’s revenue in the current quarter has dereased slightly by RM1.70 million (2.7%) to RM61.25 million from the preceding quarter’s revenue of RM62.95 million. The Group has reported a lower profit before tax of RM0.06 million, as compared to a profit before tax of RM1.45 million in the preceding quarter.

The Group’s revenue in current quarter dereased by RM18.03 million (22.3%) to RM62.95 million from the preceding quarter’s revenue of RM80.97 million. Correspondingly, the Group has reported a profit before tax of RM1.45 million, as compared to a loss before tax of RM0.48 million in the preceding quarter. The decrease in revenue in the current second quarter were mainly due to implementation of nationwide total lockdown ‘Full Movement Control Order (FMCO)’ since 1 June 2021
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue in the current quarter has dereased by RM16.80 million (17.2%) to RM80.97 million from the preceding quarter’s revenue of RM97.78 million. Correspondingly, the Group has reported a marginal loss before tax of RM0.48 million, a reduction of 106.3% as compared to a profit before tax of RM7.55 million in the preceding quarter. The decrease in revenue and profits in the current first quarter were mainly due to reduction in number of on-going construction projects.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue in the current quarter has dereased by RM21.19 million (18.0%) to RM96.33 million from the preceding quarter’s revenue of RM117.52 million. Nevertheless, the Group has reported a slightly higher profit before tax of RM7.63 million, an increase of 27.0% as compared to a profit before tax of RM6.01 million in the preceding quarter. The decrease in revenue in the fourth quarter was mainly due to completion of some major construction projects in the current quarter. Property development division has contributed to the increase in profit for the current fourth quarter due to profit recognition from the sales of completed units.
The Star –
Mitrajaya Holdings Bhd has secured a RM200mil transit oriented development project in Putrajaya. Mitrajaya said it has received the letter of award dated Feb 8 from Putrajaya Development Sdn Bhd for the proposed construction and completion of 10 levels of podium and external works at Plot 7MD7 in Precinct 7. The project is expected to be completed in two years.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue in the current quarter has decreased by 54.0% to RM45.56 million from the preceding quarter’s revenue of RM99.07 million. The Group has reported a profit before tax of RM6.24 million as compared to a loss before tax of RM1.88 million in the preceding quarter. The decrease in revenue was mainly due to minimal construction work done and property sales during Covid-19 lockdown period.

The Group’s revenue in the current quarter has decreased by RM55.35 million (35.8%) to RM99.07 million from the preceding quarter’s revenue of RM154.41 million. The Group has incurred a loss before tax of RM1.88 million as compared to a loss before tax of RM21.26 million in the preceding quarter. The decrease in both revenue and loss before tax were mainly attributable to Construction division. The reduction in revenue was attributable to the reduction in number of on-going projects.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 4.96 million. It was slightly high compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 17.3 million and auditor’s remuneration of 300 thousands
