BURSA MALAYSIA –
Group revenue of RM2,059.5 million was RM126.8 million or 5.8% lower than the preceding quarter’s revenue of RM2,186.3 million, mainly due to lower freight rates achieved in Petroleum segment and lower earning days in the LNG segment. However, the reduction was partially offset by higher revenue from Heavy Engineering segment upon the resumption of its yard operations since April 2020.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Group revenue of RM2,186.3 million was RM327.5 million or 13.0% lower than the preceding quarter’s revenue of RM2,513.8 million, mainly due to lower revenue from Heavy Engineering segment as a result of the yard suspension during MCO and border restrictions affecting Marine business, as well as due to lower freight rates achieved in Petroleum segment.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Group revenue of RM2,513.8 million was RM138.3 million or 5.8% higher than the preceding quarter’s revenue of RM2,375.5 million, mainly from higher revenue from Heavy Engineering’s on-going projects and higher freight rates achieved in Petroleum segment. Group operating profit of RM845.1 million was RM368.5 million or 77.3% higher than the preceding quarter’s profit of RM476.6 million, mainly from higher revenue and higher margins on freight rates in the Petroleum segment.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 4.62 million. It was low compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 1765.2 million and auditor’s remuneration of 4423 thousands

Group operating profit of RM476.6 million was RM100.2 million or 26.6% higher than the preceding quarter’s profit of RM376.4 million, mainly from higher revenue.
