REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2020, the directors’ remuneration was 0.31 million. It was slightly low compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 1.8 million and auditor’s remuneration of 62 thousands
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group reported lower profit before tax of RM0.62 million for the current quarter ended 30 June 2020 as compared to RM1.08 million for the immediate preceding quarter. The lower profit before tax for current quarter under review was mainly because of the increase in administration expenses
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group reported higher profit before tax of RM1.08 million for the current quarter ended 31 March 2020 as compared to RM0.70 million for the preceding quarter. The higher profit before tax was mainly because of the increase in other income and at the same time decrease in administration expenses.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group reported higher profit before tax of RM0.70 million for the current quarter ended 31 December 2019 as compared to RM0.50 million for preceding quarter. The higher profit before tax for current quarter was because of the significant improvement of average FFB price realised from RM393 per tonne in preceding quarter to RM492 per tonne.

In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 0.18 million. It was slightly low compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 1.7 million and auditor’s remuneration of 60 thousands
