BURSA MALAYSIA –
Compared to the preceding quarter, revenue decreased by RM1.8 million ie 4.2% due to lower demand from customers and profit before taxation dropped by RM1.3 million as a result of the lower deliveries.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Compared to the preceding quarter, revenue increased by RM4.6 million or 11.9% due to higher deliveries as more customers’ business continued to pick-up. Profit before taxation improved by RM2.1 million from improved productivity arising from higher revenue for the quarter. For the current quarter, there were lower financial cost from better debt management and raw material stock holding period.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Revenue increased by RM1.9 million or 5.3% due to higher deliveries. Profit before taxation improved by RM0.8 million from higher deliveries bringing down unit fixed cost.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Compared to the preceding quarter, revenue dropped to RM36.9 million, a decrease of RM4.7 million or 11.2%. The lower revenue was due to a slight drop in deliveries in tandem with a major customer’s model changeover. However, the Group manage to maintain profit before taxation at RM5 million due to a higher average selling price achieved from the composite sales delivered to customers.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Compared to the preceding quarter, revenue increased by RM2.6 million or 6.7% while profit before taxation decreased slightly by 0.1%. The easing of MCO restrictions in quarter 4, 2021 saw higher demand for packaging materials from customers as certain customers increased their production in preparation for the festive months of December 2021 and first quarter of 2022.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The group’s revenue is higher by RM3.1 million or 8.8% due to higher deliveries to some industry sectors and profit before taxation improved to RM5.3 million from the improved contribution from a good mix of customers compared to the preceding quarter .
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Revenue improved by RM1.0 million or 3.0% due to higher delivery to customers in the current quarter compared to the previous quarter. Profit dipped RM0.6 million, -13.8% against fourth quarter of 2020. Disruption in the global supply chain due to container shortages and increased in shipping cost resulted in higher cost of imported raw materials. Local suppliers also raised their selling prices.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
As compared to the preceding quarter, revenue improved slightly by 1.8% and the improvement in PBT by 54.5% was due to cost down measures in the current quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Compared to the second quarter for the financial year, revenue was at about the same level at RM33 million, an increase of 0.4% in percentage term while profit before taxation improved by RM1 million or 49.6%. Adapting to Malaysian Recovery Movement Order, management had taken strict measures in controlling operational cost. The improvement in profitability against the previous quarter is due to reduction in expenditure from effective cost controls on overtime, less manpower, lower materials cost and finance expenses.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The second quarter in the MCO period was challenging compared to the preceding quarter where only two weeks was under the MCO period. Although the Group was operating during the MCO period, the Group still had to fulfill all the restrictions, limitations and rules laid down by the SOPs which also applied to customers including our supply chain. Revenue dropped by 17.8% or RM7.2 million as compared to the first quarter due to movement restriction resulting in fewer deliveries to customers.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 4.92 million. It was high compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 15.8 million and auditor’s remuneration of 136 thousands
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s posted a revenue of RM40.7 million and PBT of RM3.4 million for 1Q2020 as compared to revenue of RM51.1 million and PBT of RM3.7 million in 4Q2019. The revenue decreased was mainly due the reduction of orders affected by line change of model which will take around 9 months for modification of production facility and partial closure due to the MCO, added to the drop in deliveries. However, the Group still managed to record a profit before taxation of RM3.4 million amidst the challenging circumstances.
