BURSA MALAYSIA –
For the fourth quarter ended 31 December 2022, the Group registered a revenue of RM44.4 million, 7% lower as compared to RM47.8m in the third quarter of 2022. Lower current quarter revenue was largely due to weak consumer sentiment as a result of elevated cost of living brought about by sustained inflationary pressure and strong US Dollar. Consequently, profit before tax was also marginally lower at RM6.0 million compared to RM6.3 million registered in the immediate preceding quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group registered a revenue of RM47.8 million, 8% higher compared to the second quarter of 2022. Increase in the third quarter revenue was largely due to higher sales in all business segments of the Group. Profit before tax was lower at RM6.3 million compared to RM7.2 million registered in the immediate preceding quarter mainly due to higher import prices and unfavourable exchange rates.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group registered a revenue of RM44.3 million, 4% higher compared to RM42.7 million registered in the immediate preceding quarter. Increase in the second quarter revenue was largely due to higher sales in all business segments of the Group. In tandem with the increase in revenue, profit before tax of RM7.2 million was also 14% higher compared to RM6.3 million registered in the immediate preceding quarter
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group registered revenue of RM42.7 million, 5% lower compared to RM45.0 million registered in the immediate preceding quarter. Decrease in the first quarter revenue was largely due to lower sales of Timepiece. Profit before tax of RM6.3 million was also 6% lower compared to RM6.7 million registered in the 4 th quarter of 2021
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group registered revenue of RM46.9 million, 35% higher compared to RM34.7 million registered in the immediate preceding quarter. The increase in fourth quarter revenue was largely due to the gradual re-opening of the country’s economies after the various level of lockdown throughout the third quarter of 2021. Higher revenue had also resulted in increase of PBT to RM7.0 million or 23% from RM5.7 million registered in the third quarter of 2021.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group registered revenue of RM34.7 million, 2% lower compared to RM35.3 million registered in the immediate preceding quarter. The decrease in third quarter revenue is largely due to the two weeks Total Lockdown followed by various level of NRP from 15 of June that only allowed essential economic and social services to operate. However, lower operating cost has resulted in increase of PBT to RM5.7 million from RM5.3 million registered in the second quarter of 2021.

The Group registered revenue of RM34.7 million, 2% lower compared to RM35.3 million registered in the immediate preceding quarter. BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group registered revenue of RM39.7 million, 10.7% lower compared to the fourth quarter of 2020. Re-imposition of various levels of MCO, restricted celebration of festival and the banning of interstate travel due to increasing infections of COVID19 cases had affected this quarter’s revenue. PBT was lower at RM5.5 million or 11% compared to RM6.2 million in the fourth quarter of 2020 primarily due to lower revenue.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
For the 3rd quarter ended 30 Sept 2020, Group’s revenue increased by 71% or RM18.4 million to RM44.3 million from RM25.9 million registered in the immediate preceding quarter, revenue increased as a result of new models released and concerted promotion effort. In tandem with the increase in revenue, pre-tax profit had also increased by RM2.8 million or 80% to RM6.3 million.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
For the 2 nd quarter ended 30 June 2020, Group’s revenue decreased by 15% or RM4.6 million to RM25.9 million from RM30.5 million registered in the immediate preceding quarter, revenue declined as a result of adverse impact of MCO. Pre-tax profit dropped by RM0.1 million or 3% to RM3.4 million as a result of lower revenue.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 3.51 million. It was very high compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 11.2 million and auditor’s remuneration of 76 thousands
BURSA MALAYSIA –
For the 1 st quarter ended 31 March 2020, Group’s revenue decreased by 30% or RM13 million to RM30.5 million from RM43.5 million registered in the immediate preceding quarter, revenue declined as a result of adverse impact of Covid-19 and MCO. Pre-tax profit dropped by 42% to RM3.6 million as a result of lower revenue.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
For the 4 th quarter ended 31 Dec 2019, the Group’s revenue increased by 13% or RM4.9 million to RM43.3 million from RM38.4 million registered in preceding quarter as a result of increased revenue from timepiece segment. In tandem with the increased in revenue, pre-tax profit is also up by 19% to RM6 million.
